I meant, you got the coolest ones, theres some 3D screens not very good looking but you did the Login screens with my favourites of red and blue side.
Thing is, Primals will get a common login screen I bet.
I really like these.

The more I see the new 'official' log in screen the more I think it does nothing to sell the incredible diversity and customisation options of the game.* As dated as the original CoH screen is, you can at least get a feel for how many options are available for creating cool characters.
*It may also be to do with how those damn robots remind me of how soul crushing the endgame is.

My comp came with CoH and that log in installed direct from the manufacturer....
There was a COH switcher or splasher program that could be used to swap out the login screens....I don't think it has been maintained over the years, possibly issues with either the .net framework, windows aero (in vista), or something else that would break it.

Yeah I don't think that works anymore but if we have a viable system I think I might have to swap my new art in...
CoHSplasher still works fine on XP.
If anyone wants their own custom login, or even the ones I've posted, I'll be happy to help in that regard. Just hit me up with a pm and we'll arrange something. Bare in mind that if a redname tells me to stop, then I'll stop. No sense in getting in trouble over it.

The images are pretty much just DDS .texture files with a custom file header IIUC; there are free tools from nvidia (amongst others) that will allow you to open/save the format.
