@ people also wishing to create wonderous login screens like this, for the meagre price of only 100 i will not only supply details of how to create your own fully automated death star, but i'll also give you the location of the rebel alliance!! Alternately, if you just want to know how to change your login screen. send me a pm and i'll give you some info
... although if you really do want the plans to the death star, show me the money!!

Don't know if I want a fully automated (operational yes) Deathstar out there blasting planets to smithereens

I could get you some blueprints, but it'll cost extra, the photocopier at Imperial command is only doing black and white at the mo :/ Darth's used all the colour, photocopying his ****!

These kinds of files are nothing more then a graphic file in the same format that City of games uses in the game. They have a .texture extension and must be placed in a specific over-ride directory structure. This directory structure has been included in the zip and it's a long one. Just unzip inside your city of heroes game directory and it will create a data directory and all other sub directories for you.This will probably not affect your current game as it's using a hybrid UI subdirectory. It is intended for either the beta server or when CoHFreedom goes live. No files are actually changed on your computer and to remove you simply delete the directory tree that was created when you unzipped the file. Simple as that. the above link will probably only last 30 days or so, so grab it while you can. |

Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.
Coming in on this real late LOL. While it looks like I won't be able to change the screen (would love to know how but I can live with out it 
) I would really love to see most of the pics used in these as part of my Wallpaper collection....really fantastic work!
I too would love to know how to change the login screen. Before the NCLauncher I could do this easily and often. It's a mystery to me as to why now it's a much guarded hush, hush secret.

Willpower has more passive regen than Regen does. Who thought that was a good idea?
Can we get a fix for Energy Melee instead of more new sets?
