You can know if your reactive works by defeating all but one boss in a group and use power analzyer on the boss, then attack the boss with your pets. If the damage resistances go down, then it works.

I could actually see the mobs in the Omega level trials being raised to level 60. Add 3 more level shifts with the unreleased Incarnate abilities and we will be back to the +4 mobs that we are used to.

2 Trials for 2 Empyrean Merits per day. I do just one BAF and Lambda trial each day unless I am busy. Currently have 7 Empyrean Merits and I had my first successful trial on Saturday.

Didn't say anything about laziness being a bad thing. Just like science, laziness is good or bad depending on how it is used. Too lazy to pick up your kids from Soccer in the rain, bad. Too lazy to fight with someone, good.

Where is the proof that religion isn't a purely human invention. Assuming that there is some god that has communicated with his creations to lead them on the right path, then aliens will have religion. Of course, by religion it could be any action that does not have an immediate or noticeable benefit. Religion does not need to deal with a god. There are numerous religions where there was no all-powerful group of gods or one god.

Can we use any of the drops in the courtyard to defeat him just as long as we don't use the temp powers in the Warehouse and Lab? The wording implies that it is just the 10 acids and pacifiers in the Lab and Warehouse that matter.

Quote:Imposing human values on aliens. Fire could have a religious meaning for them so they might only use it for religious ceremonies and/or sending their dead to the next life so having a fire pit in their cave could be unthinkable. The only thing that matters is they understand fire, they don't understand guns. That same theoretical monkey could be trained to start a fire with a flamethrower designed for their hands. And that cave had no evidence that the creatures could make fire themselves. If it had then TJ would have noticed it and known the creatures were intelligent to some degree. If the creatures were capable of making fire the one place they would use it would be in their lair.

Just a sign of lazyness like afk instead of away from keyboard or lol instead of laughing out loud. Most people that do incarnate trials know that 53 means 50+3 while in an incarnate trial, but a person that doesn't read up on the latest changes to the game could be confused that the level cap has been increased.
-
Quote:Not necessarily. I could in theory train a monkey to shoot with a gun designed for their hands. The monkey wielding a gun doesn't prove a sign of intelligence, only that it can be trained to use a gun. The aliens recognizing fire could mean that they have created fire before and recognize humans having something in common with them.Guess what? In order to recognise fire as a sign of intelligence the creatures obviously had to have encountered a tool using species. Therefore while they may not recognise the tools (guns) being used by the humans they would recognise them as tools and as a sign of intelligence.

Anyone who claims that they are 52 or 53 are either lazy, don't know better, or are lying. It is 50+2 and 50+3 since your health doesn't change as it does with regular leveling. They are still 50s, but level 54 mobs see them as -1 or -2 instead of -4 so 50+3s will hit more often, attack better, and survive longer than 50s.

Need to get Going Rogue to play in Praetoria. Not sure, but the new low-level Task Forces might not have this restriction. If you want to get an Incarnate, then you have to buy Going Rogue.

Necros have Soul Extraction that gives them 7 pets. Necro/DM would have 8 pets. Thugs and Demons have more if you want to consider their level 18 powers as pets.

Seems like my plan is to get the Seers pet for Soloing and the Warworks pet for when I join TFs and Trials. I know I will get at least rare on both of them. So I will have at least 2 rares and 2 very rares with 1 rare or very rare for the new slots.
-
If you bring up the create screen for the Incarnate system, right-clicking on the Incarnate Enhancements will bring up info about their powers. Although, Barrier Destiny is currently bugged as far as detailed info text goes.
For your brute, you might want to go with Warworks since the boss is a Victoria which seems to focus heavily on single target melee with a couple of ranged effects.
The following is based on the npcs and not lore pets since I don't have access to the game ATM. The Seer boss is completely ranged with fear and holds. The IDF boss is mostly melee with a ranged attack and AoE attack. The Warwork boss is a stalker with one ranged attack. The Clockwork's boss is has only ranged attacks with a mix of single target and AoE.
For your fire/rad, I would chose the Seer pets or go with the Elite Ranger (Lt.) with Battle Orb (Support) from the IDF set if you are determined to have only ranged Single Target pets. For your brute, I would choose the Clockwork or Warwork pets. -
The idea is that you create your rare or very rare with Empyrean Merits and you craft another one with uncommons, threads, and inf. Of course, there is the chance that someone is really lucky and is able to get the very rares and rares through just the reward table.
-
I think that defeating people in pvp gives you the regular rewards like inf and exp. I could be wrong. So to answer your question, if you get inf for killing them, then yes. Otherwise, it is impossible.

Quote:I hate that saying. Great minds don't think alike. Progress is by great minds that goes against what common thinking dictates. Einstein had a great mind by not thinking like his peers.Whoops, did not see that. Clearly it's a case of great minds thinking alike.
Can always convert uncommon components to rare and very rare components. Need 4 uncommons to make a rare and 16 uncommons to make a very rare. Only problem is that you need a 100 threads and 100 million inf to make a rare and 400 threads and 800 million inf to make a very rare just based on uncommon drops. -
The more people on a team, the better a Warshade does. This is due to the better powers on a Warshade are better with more mobs. An Eclipsed Dark Nova with double mires would do significant damage and be hard to defeat.

Quote:If it is mapservering you, then send a bug report and check everytime a new patch comes out to see if this issue has been fixed. The technical issues section might give you a reason.Like I said before - I can't do the trials. The mapserver always kicked me in the trials at the beginning. I don't know why but it's so.
BUT: You can always convert 10 shards into 5 threads without a 20 Hours Cooldown for sure. I have reached 60% iXP on one of the slots only with the shards.
Since I20 the shards drops faster I think, so I don't think it's this way is much slower but not to slow. -
Quote:There are numerous ways to get Astral Merits like completing a major task or achieve the objectives of a trial badge even after you have obtained the badge, but there is the only one way to get the Empyrean Merits. Of course, you can get 2 Empyrean Merits/day by completing both trials. From what's been said, it sounds like they get more useful, not less, as the new system progresses. That is, there will be other things you can spend them on in the future.
You get them for completing the Incarnate trials (one per trial per 18 hours, I think). There may be a second way, which isn't coming to me at the moment. Successfully obtaining a "Master of" badge for one of the iTrials?
Someone will correct me if I'm wrong. -
Thats impressive. An April 2004 join forum date and only 1 post.

Does Praetoria work as a Co-op Zone? Makes more sense to form it in Praetoria than RWZ or Pocket D for a RP reason. If they add a new zone, then it has to have more purpose than a place to from trials.
-
It takes a while for a trial to form so these character might have gone afk for a minute or two. No reason for people to get nasty with such a suggestion. People that lay back and do nothing on the trial should have their name announced to the league leader so that they can kick them.

All it takes is a ride into the sunset scene. The story goes on. Things might get wrapped up in a movie. Only takes about five minutes worth of filming to end any series. SG-1 had a few season finales that could have been series finale if they didn't last as long.
