As far as Destiny goes:
Keep in mind that Destiny will affect OTHER people too, it's not just you that gets the benefit of it.
So you can help other players by buffing them with your Destiny power, something a brute could otherwise never do.
I'd say, if there's nothing in particular you need, pick the one that seems like it would be most useful for helping others.

An Offensive Guide to Ice Melee
If you bring up the create screen for the Incarnate system, right-clicking on the Incarnate Enhancements will bring up info about their powers. Although, Barrier Destiny is currently bugged as far as detailed info text goes.
For your brute, you might want to go with Warworks since the boss is a Victoria which seems to focus heavily on single target melee with a couple of ranged effects.
The following is based on the npcs and not lore pets since I don't have access to the game ATM. The Seer boss is completely ranged with fear and holds. The IDF boss is mostly melee with a ranged attack and AoE attack. The Warwork boss is a stalker with one ranged attack. The Clockwork's boss is has only ranged attacks with a mix of single target and AoE.
For your fire/rad, I would chose the Seer pets or go with the Elite Ranger (Lt.) with Battle Orb (Support) from the IDF set if you are determined to have only ranged Single Target pets. For your brute, I would choose the Clockwork or Warwork pets.

Ok, I can't understand Lore what so ever. I have enuff for T3 LORE on 2 of my toons, 1's a fire/rad Corr which main goal is to Solo GM's which he was doing in i19. Next is an elec/fire brute for farming and PvE AoE.
On the fire/rad I want range single target DMG pet.
On the Brute I want Range AoE or huge single taget DMG Melee or Range depending on how much more it does than the AoE Pet.
any advice on which I should get for these 2 toons?
