Studies have shown that a person who uses AE will actually cost the health care system less over their lifetime than someone who does not, due to the fact that an AE user dies earlier.

[/ QUOTE ]

That might be true... were it not for the myriad of birth defects caused by MA.

It's tragic that a baby's first--and ultimately only--word has to be "laeft".

So, you are saying that the secondhand AE effects are almost as bad as the effects AE brought about in the first place?
This is more serious than we thought.

[/ QUOTE ]

Signs of Firsthand Contact with AE:
1) Odd gibberish LFAETPLZ (pronounced luhfatepulls)
2) Excitement over any circular pink progression. Often followed by the first symptom.
3) Unusual derangement towards authoritarian figures or delusions toward giving authoritarian figures a messiah complex. (Said figures are declared to be a 'Dev').
4) Seeking to quantify surroundings: "u a 50? Can I haz 50 2?"

Signs of Secondhand Contact:
1) Self destructive behavior. (slash-facepalm sounds painful)
2) Irate responses to any contact with AE. May launch subject into a rant - read aggressive behaviors
3) Sarcastic Doomcrying. This is akin to "the boy who cried wolf". When faced with true doom (read zombie invasions), people are likely to ignore said cries.

As you can see, secondhand contact with AE is quite disconcerting. I am certain the surgeon general will be ordering that all boxes of AE be labeled:

Warning: do not use when you are pregnant, breeding, or breathing. Prolonged exposure to AE will lead to the erosion of logic centers of the brain.

Well, AE should have warning labels that explicitly state that it should not be used by pregnant women or women who may become pregnant in the near future.

4 out of 5 dentists have determined that AE can lead to tooth decay.

What is disturbing is that AE was already in cohoots with that 5th dentist.

My main was walking down the street in King's Row the other day and I heard a voice say "pssst....hey, hero." I turned to look and the AE building was leaning against a wall in the alley.

"I got what you need, man!", it told me, and held out some shiny, green tickets. I knew it was wrong, I'd always been told to stay off the tickets, but, I thought a few tickets couldn't hurt. I can just try them out and walk away.

I was wrong. My ticket habit started to consume my life. AE was always there, always pushing those tickets on me. Before I knew it, I would do anything to get more tickets. My friends tried to help me. My sidekick tried to keep me busy fighting crime with him. One day, though, while we were in Praetoria, I couldn;t find AE to get my ticket fix. I couldn't help myself, I ran off and left him. He was racing towards Anti-Matter and said "Hey! How'd he turn purple??!"

That was the last I heard. I don't know if he ever made it out alive.

AE destroyed my life. I lost my base, my enhancements, and it changed my global name. Now I'm back in King's Row, living on the grounds of this big industrial building...

Some of my fellow homeless want me to come to the sewers with them. They say it's warmer there. I think I'll go with them, though the guy wearing the stop sign kinda gives me the creeps...

Just got back from a drive around town.

Heading north: Construction
Heading east of destination 1: Construction
Turning south, then exiting at destination 2: Construction
Heading west: No more construction since it was recently finished (but there is construction south of my house)

Responsible party, both for the construction and the break in continuity of the last example? That darn MA.

*shakes tiny fist*

Don't forget that it should not be used by anyone who might impregnate said women. This includes both human males and various aliens, demons, and psychotic computers.
