(IMO) CoX can be a whole lot more...If they were DCU or Marvel. Those two 800 pound gorillas sandwhich CoX as far as limitations go! a poster above me touched on the very fact that "Batman"tm. and "Captain America"tm. wannabees cant come close because of infringement.
I would've loved to travel to a zone....um lets say Japan, the U.S.S.R. or Merry ole' England. They have been touched upon in CoX lore and it would have made since to implement those zone types in game to give it more diversity and a "MORE" interesting setting to the stories.(IMO) of course! -

Ballistas are basically FF / Energy Blast defenders with a lot more damage and some Energy Melee attacks. You could get very close by making a FF / Energy Defender and taking the Power Mastery epic. Be sure to get Assault and as many +damage set bonuses as possible too if you want it to be a true Ballista, because those things hit hard.
I see...In order for me to get it right,I need a fender primary and a Blaster set or an ancilliary pool to make it happen. Ah well...so much for that theory.

I was doing Gaussian's arc with Lt.Sefu and it had donned on me hes a LB ballista(duh!) and was wondering can we make a legitemit ballista In game. What power can I combine to get close to the results?

Hello! and welcome aboard. As for what the others have posted above, this is true. My first hero to 50 was a scrapper and my first villian was a master mind.
Make other AT's (Arch-Types) so you can get a general feel for them so when you play against or with one you would know what to expect from them.

Hmmm...Speaking of "Blue Steel"! would like to see the "Clockwork King" over on the Vill side add his Tf. That would mean he gets his revenge against "Blue Steel" thus makes his appearence and the "Regulators" makes an intro as well.
Its just a thought of something to add. it can cover the lvls on par with "Synapse's" Tf.
If done right it can actually be fun,with the lore and all.

Really people there is nothing to get excited about yet! a couple of icons and a screenshot. Costumes dont make this game. Infact some of my 50s dint even get a new costume until they were 50. Lots of my toons have upwards of 73 free tailor sessions I really doubt adding more costumes is going to make me more inclined to make more costumes.
I realize its not done yet but it looks to me as if there is nothing much to do in that passage way it will be just another place you superspeed through and take no notice of.

That Armor is exactly what ive been wanting ever since ive been playing. I hope and pray that the Armor is PC and the glow is color changeable...(about to passout from the excitement!) I have a concept already in mind for that piece.
It looks as if it has wrist gauntlets also!! -

We decided to put together an all Blaster PUG ITF. And I must say we did pretty darn good! (And yes there were deaths...several i may add,lol) But despite that we hung in there and finished it in 1:18 mins. I want to thank @Mr. Freak Nasty for inviting me and all who participated for making this happen. This was my 1st all blaster squad and it was fun!

* Server Population Degradation: Signing on to play the game and seeing fewer and fewer others around? Its Rats From A Sinking Ship DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!! Champions Online stole a bunch of our fellow heroes. Next it will be DC Universe taking their fair share. Then World of Warcraft will come out with a Super Hero pocket dimension expansion. Then out will come Legos Marvel Universe! Then theyll all start piling on . Guitar Super Hero, City of Star Wars Galaxy, The Flaming Carrot OnLine Game and on and on and on . Soon there will be one guy in Des Moines , Iowa who will be all alone in the game and the richest character in CoH history because the last few months he just walked into Atlas Park and started spamming Can I have your stuff? in broadcast.

We run the LRSFs regularly on Freedom. The Master runs are a different story, but either way, I don't think we've ever failed one. Simple LRSFs take about 40 mins on average. Masters about an hour for careful work.
To quote Turg...some of the RSF teams ive been on we took our time and when it came to the last mish we pulled accordingly Numina,Sister P and Posi are the ones that must, and I mean must go in order to have success.
If you ask me the Sf is working as intended. Its suppose to challenge you to bring your A game or go home.
