If you work hard enough, you can even see the rep comments left on your individual posts, but it's more hassle than it's worth for those of us that are rather prolific in our postings. -

Two options for you. Start the game in Safe Mode. You start the updater, click Next but before you click Accept on the next screen put a checkmark in Safe Mode then click Accept. This will start the game with the lowest graphics settings and allow you to get to the menus to adjust the settings.
Or, you could download TweakCoH and use it to adjust the graphics settings before you start the game. -

I figured you were already aware of the memory issues, and possibly the low disk space. I also thought it was possible that your friend may have downloaded some files, moved pictures off of a camera, or something else between the time you played with it working last night and when you tried today, and that you weren't aware of how much drive space had been eaten up.
I'd be curious how the 8.xx series of drivers worked with that card as well as the 7.12 that je_saist listed. -
Also, with only 1 Gb of RAM, you are going to be hitting the Page File quite a bit. I'd recommend defragging the C and E drives (at the very least) and especially whatever drive the Swap File is on.

Only graphics related setting that I see that could cause any problems would be that Vertical Sync is enabled. I'd disable it. As you know, use TweakCoH to change settings outside of the game.
The other problem I see is that there is only 2% free space on the C drive. Windows will have problems with that little free space. I'd recommend moving anything possible off of that drive, even if only temporarily, for troubleshooting.
The drive the game is installed to has plenty of free space, so I'd look at moving some of the things off of C and onto E. -
Not disagreeing with you at all. Just giving another example of a use they have aside from tray switching for Khelds.

They are also good for giving instructions at Hami Raids. Not that I've paid attention for a while to those instructions, since I already know what to do when. I generally look at them casually to see if there is something that has changed that I'm not aware of.
But I usually get that information in a global channel anyway, so the Macros are still kinda ignored by me. -
Is this still under warranty from Gateway? If it is, I'd recommend contacting them and let them know what is happening and what SpeedFan is showing for temps and ask them to repair it under warranty.
Otherwise, you'll need to find someone locally that does RELIABLE work on laptop internals and have them check fans and heatsinks to make sure they are properly seated and working.
Laptops aren't as simple to work on as Desktops, and I'm really picky when it comes to having someone work on the internals of my laptop. Luckily, I work with a guy I trust for that, but I also work with one I don't trust but that I've seen working on other people's laptops (one of the reasons I don't trust him to work on mine).

Red, at the bottom of the comic are navigation arrows to go to other comics in the strip, as well as Navigation buttons for the Archives, Forums, etc.
For example, I may have to start reading this strip just for the one that comes up when I click the Next arrow. The one dated 5-11-09.

I remember something about nVidia cards and contact pictures, but can't find the post about it.
I'd recommend going through the stickied nVidia threadespecially the last few posts in it. I "think" that what they are discussing there may be what you are experiencing, but I can't recall for certain.
Hopefully one of the nVidia users will spot this and know exactly what the problem is and how to fix it, but you might want to try what jg talks about in that thread. -

You can also run DXDIAG at the Run box to see how much RAM you have (it will show 2 GB, trust me), although the System tab already shows you that you have 2 GB and I don't know why you don't trust that. The other option would be to go into BIOS when the computer is booting up to see how much RAM it shows (it will show 2 GB, trust me).
2. Should you? Difficult to answer. Would I recommend it? Definitely. Just be aware that if you buy the 32-bit version of Windows 7 you won't get any benefit from having over 4 GB of RAM. Windows will only "see" about 3.5 GB of that, but that's a really difficult number to come up with in adding memory. If you go with the 64-bit version of Windows 7 you can go much higher on memory and have Windows see all of it. -
Sounds like a setting in your video card software. But since you've given no system stats, it's hard to figure out where to point you to.
Post a log from running CoH Helper as it will give information about your system and the CoH installation and settings.
Someone will likely be able to point you in the right direction after that information is available. -

Contact PlayNC support. You can use the support@coh.com email address or file a ticket on the support site.
I think what it does is that it looks for accounts that match the payment method/card used, but I'm not certain.
The other possibility is that it works off of the login that you supplied. My two accounts have different login names and passwords. -
I saw the Naughty Halo on one of my characters list, not sure why it isn't showing on Zombie Man's list.
