The Infected and Contaminated are similar, yes... and the Infected can sometimes be found in areas of Atlas and Galaxy as well, but the Infected do not count toward this badge.
As mentioned above, the best/easiest place to get this is from the Ouro mission. That same arc is also commonly used to get the Shivan's defeat badge as well.
Additionally, there is a single Contaminated spawn in RV that does count toward this badge, but Villains are blocked from earning it. It's currently unknown what effect GR may have on this. -
Looks like I forgot to set the death challege on the Trial. My WS stealth was crap. I was able to TP everybody to their obelisks, but I ended up dying on my way to the final door. We didn't get in under 10 minutes cause Ginko's obelisk was covered in CoT and it was hard for him to target (next time I'm just going to suggest "/targetname obelisk"). lol
Anyway, it was a fun arc! We just steamrolled through everything except for the Trial. For that, I just had everybody wait at the cave doors before starting it, then I used Mission TP and then Assemble the Team, and we all went into the mission. lol
As for that CoT mission.. it sounded like you guys got hit with some pretty bad maps. I didn't have ANY big rooms, nor a prison area.
Call me lucky?

They didn't happen to be near the Flyer, were they? That seems to spew off some extra buffs sometimes. I've also seen the MK power give off strange results, especially from AVs.
On a side note, there were a couple STFs completed on Freedom just last night without much of an issue.
I'm not saying nobody's ever had an issue on those bosses before, but there had to be a reason for it. It's certainly not typical behavior. -

Badge credit is not from completing the missions Its for defeating the AV/EB.
As long as you are in the mission to get credit while the AV/EB is killed, the status of the mission itself does not matter at all.

Well all I know is I did 4 radio missions and then the bank mission and I selected Maria Jenkins as my new contact. So I didnt start anything on her and my goal for the night is to complete the entire arc and have tons of fun cause this is one long/fun arc to play.

Talking to you in game just now, it seems you only have a couple Minor arcs open currently, so it should work out fine. Only time will tell how many AVs we'll go through before the arc starts. Hopefully she wont give out any of her hunts first. lol
And don't start any other Major arcs in the meantime.

It might be the one for defeating LR 5 times.. mine is bugged too.
I have the other 2 already, and my progress bar says 92/100.
However, mine does not say "?". The text for it clearly says "Unlock this by defeating Lord Recluse at the end of a Patron Arc."
So maybe Lanaru's is bugged also but says "?" instead. Have you (or your group) done the Shadow Shard TFs in SG mode at all? -

And to clarify, does she have a Storybook in the Contact window? If not, then you are not running her arc yet.
She does start her missions with Infernal, and she does spew out a bunch of Stand-alone AV missions, but the actual "A Hero's Hero" Arc starts with "Find the dead scanner", containing Chimera instead.

Make sure you don't have 2 Major Story Arc (blue books) already open. Otherwise, when she's done giving you her stand-alone missions, she wont you give you anything else and you might still be missing an AV or two (not including AntiMatter). All the AVs found in her stand-alone missions are also inside the actual arc. -

Expanding on answer 2, you get the credit for the hits as it is a weapon of yours, doing your bidding. And that said, I think that while it's a great aggro sponge for a while, but when it expires, that aggro goes to you. [right?]

My method:
- Level 21 Villain gets the mission (set to +4, x8), and enters the mission.
- Invite people to the team.
- As each person enters the mission, they quit the team and a lvl 50 inside the mission invites everybody (except the mission holder).
- The mission holder leaves the mission and waits in Pocket D.
- The foes will spawn at lvl 25, so there should be both Hellfrosts and Hordelings.
- The lvl 50 team wipes through the map jumping through mobs killing only their desired targets, obviously avoiding the Boss spawn in the final room.
- When the mission is "clear", invite the mission holder back to the team and everybody is instantly ejected from the mission, making it a quicker way out to reset.
- Reset the mission.
- Repeat as needed.
- Because of the strange overlapping requirements for the 4 badges, you will ding 3 badges well before the final Hordeling Gladiator. Once you don't need the bosses anymore, the Mission holder changes the difficulty setting to (+0, x8) and continue the process above until you get the last badge.
It's quick, and easy. No need to worry about actual boss spawns... you'll always be fighting grays anyway. -

There's the correct date! We are billed monthly, for the MONTH, not for 30 days of game time.
Once I'm finally billed for my 12+2 Plan, I expect I'll be playable until 4/9/2011.

March's Calendar features a Fake Nemesis. This specific shot was taken in the cave area of the Nemesis Base map, found in Part Three of The Dark Watcher's arc: The Horror of War (45-50 co-op in RWZ).

Anyway, he seems to have edited it from "task force" to "this is Contact Mission" but he still lists the lvl range as 45-50... but he also didn't list the Location as Ouroboros.. so who knows. He'll have to pop in and clear it up. Maybe ur right.
On a side note, I just realized I forgot to sign up. I actually have dinner plans this night and don't know what time I'll be home. IF I make it in time, I'll just use MB or Tabby. But if it turns out to be non-Ouro, then I'll bring my WS. Thank you.
