Hmmmm... not sure, it seems to work well in my Ice/Ice Blaster. I got one in each of the 3 holds and I see that Tesla Cage it makes often

I've never really been able to get into dominator's for some reason..been trying since opening day and just not my cup of tea. That being said, I thought I'd give electric control a try. It seems like it would mesh well with psi due to electric control being more of a melee range set and Psi seems to do well in melee range as well please there seems to be a lot of +recovery, +regen, -recovery, -end between the two to really slow down\sap spawns.
So the general\broad question is how does these two pair up in the big picture? Anyone taken one the distance have any anecdotes to share?

Although now another question arises. I like Radial Boost (Uncommon) better then Core Boost (Uncommon), but I was wondering if Radial Boost could be at some point converted into Core Paragon? Core Paragon looks like it could help more then Radial Paragon but I like radials uncommon better, and we can't go further then uncommon at this point.

Personally, I'd go with the Spiritual tree for additional recharge. You definitely want Energize, Power Sink, Rage, and Footstomp to come back that much faster.

You do realize you can collect all of them and swap them out depending on what you need at the moment, right?
I would get as many of them as you can and do exactly that. Sometimes you'll want recharge, sometimes you might want more damage. You can switch them out as you see fit (I believe there is a 5 minute timer on it)

So my main character is an Electric Armor/Super Strength Tanker. The problem is I'm not 100% on what Alpha Ability I should pick. I don't have a Mids thing to post to show you all of his things but I worked on recharge,ACC,HP mainly. I like the DMG resistance bonus from the Cardiac set, but I don't know if i'll really need the endurance cut down. All though I will have 6 toggles once i19 is live. All of the Alpha Abilities sound good, so what would you guys suggest?

With I19 around the corner with Animation Customization, among other awesome stuff, I have got a glimmer of hope about a new animation-style for Energy Blast powers, so I'd like to try again with the set. Though, I can't decide which role/powerset combo to use. Now, as the title more or less implies, I'd like to make a char that is support as well as power, so I'd like your opinion on, which AT Energy Blast is best with, Defender or Corruptor, as well as a good support set to combine it with.
