Personally, I'd go with the Spiritual tree for additional recharge. You definitely want Energize, Power Sink, Rage, and Footstomp to come back that much faster.

I would get as many of them as you can and do exactly that. Sometimes you'll want recharge, sometimes you might want more damage. You can switch them out as you see fit (I believe there is a 5 minute timer on it)

Although now another question arises. I like Radial Boost (Uncommon) better then Core Boost (Uncommon), but I was wondering if Radial Boost could be at some point converted into Core Paragon? Core Paragon looks like it could help more then Radial Paragon but I like radials uncommon better, and we can't go further then uncommon at this point.
