Perma hasten is a bit tougher (even with spiritual core paragon), if you're not wanting purples.
I made this up as an alternative build for comparison.
Melee at base is around 25, ranged and AoE are 20, Shmeld throws them through the roof (which is useful against -def, just shooting for 45% will still get you in trouble).
1 DA will throw you over 45 melee and about 41 lethal, and you have recharge to cycle between GC and DA if you need to super-stack defense for whatever ridiculous reason.
Even with Spiritual Core Paragon, however, hasten isn't quite permanent. The downside to katana/regen is that you run out of 5% recharges *very* quickly (between crushing impact, doctored wounds, and obliterations) if you aren't willing to dive into purples.
The endurance on this build should be fine, the only other downside is accuracy vs +4s is a bit lower than I'd prefer on Gambler's Cut, Flashing Steel, and DA (They're by no means "low" however). Your other 3 attacks are fine.

Sorry for not being there for the Yellow Spike Team. I was an hour away from my computer when Bro texted me, asking if I was anywhere near home :/
Glad it was a good raid, anyway. Everyone being +1 seem to make any difference? -
eh. Obviously I've never played a Veat :P
I didn't think players had access to that color scheme, either. Guess I'm wrong times two :O -
Week of the 13th - 18th, I would like to have one practice before Friday (or earlier Friday?) just to get a refresher. I had my physics test today, so next week should be much lighter on the workload for me.
Wednesday evening is out I imagine due to Isos. I *really* want everyone to be there, however (whatever day we pick), so we can get a good feel for where we stand with the new setup. -
Notice his aura. He's not a crab, he's an invulnerability brute. He has that costume through a temp power, which changes your model to a crab if you are a "huge" body-type.
-
I don't know if you want to Zone, Arena, 1v1 free style, or just fight club, but this is a general build that's a fairly good starting point for fight clubbing at least (which it seems is what you want).

I should note that if you also want to do some regular pvping, +Perception is a must have, and is something that this build does not provide. Flopping out weave for tactics would be the most optimal choice if that be the case, while also manipulating slots to get some gaussian's or adjusted targeting. -
Practice at 8:30. have to push it back a bit, stupid real life.
-
Let me know and I can help out with Antimatter. Have it stashed on a character or two.
-
Quote:Let me know when you're on, or otherwise, I'll help you out tonight at practice. I have quite a few of these.Code:

Alot of pricey Numi's in it, and I sadly do not have the influence to cover them .
I do have 3 Soulbound Allegiances (Dam - Dam/Rech - Acc/Dam/Rech) that I can 'trade' with for some of these IOs .. just lemme know
Will update this list when I get the IOs, I suppose thanks in advance! -
8pm Est tonight work for everyone? (4ish hours from now) I've gotta drill out some calculus from now until then. Depending on that, I might be open sooner, but I think 8 is good.
-
-
I'm helping you with that one. We'll take care of that tomorrow.
-
So, I've already talked to a couple of people about how to approach next Sunday, and I think we've pretty much figured out what needs to be done.
Most of the fixes are on the back-end, and they're only for a few of us. Aside from that, however, we're gonna have to run a practice or (preferably) two this week. Tomorrow would be magical if possible (I know it's Isos Flux, but aren't you almost done?) And another one Thurdsay just to be sure. If not Thursday, Friday or Saturday *should* be ok for me, but whatever day it's on, it shouldn't take long so that we can all get back to RL and 2xexp weekend shenanigans.
If the First practice is good enough, we may not even need a second one. Without a practice at all, however, I seriously believe we'll just see another repeat of last week.
Please add your availability to practice for this week. -
a set of 5 glad strikes is probably the only reasonable way of getting a s/l resistance set bonus (about 1.9%). the other bonuses are recov, hp, and damage, and the 6th is accuracy, so it's not a bad set if you're not looking for more recharge or defenses... and also have the cash to get it.
-
Rule number 1 is a negative rule: Do not, on a regen, build for more regen.
Build for fat bags of recharge, and then defense, either s/l or melee. You choose, but do not need more of what you are already swimming in.
Typically, 32.5% melee (or s/l) defense is shot for to be able to reach 45% (softcap) with 1 luck inspiration. That's just a starting point to keep in mind, however.
Notable sets: Touch of death, obliteration, doctored wounds, LotG (not full sets, however), and performance shifter (procs for QR and Stamina).
If you're building for s/l defense, reactive armors in tough (and, if you have the slots, resilience) are good choices.
5 Doctored wounds in your 3 regen clickies. You won't need them in integration or FH, though.
MoG needs moar recharge. and it's a good place for a LotG 7.5% rech. One of those with a rech/def LotG, and 2 rech IOs will get you some extra regen, and hard-ED rech enhancement.
Also, consider actually getting the accolades (and turning them on in mids). They make a pretty big difference in endurance management and they ease the road to hp cap (hp accolades plus dull pain plus 1 hp set bonus = cap, yay)
Lastly: Consider soul mastery for Shadow Meld. It's all the rage these days with resistance (and regen) based toons. It's basically another MoG-style alpha soaker that can have a very nice uptime with enough recharge.
Gotta run to class now >.< Either I or someone else will finish later.

You'll be with me if you're on a regen :]
This is the second week in a row we skipped the 1/4 phase. Last week we did it as well as a spontaneous idea (I blame me for that one). Had more deaths that time because the tanks weren't completely ready, but it ended up working anyway.
I imagine it'll become the norm as long as the teams don't suck in general. -
You want to be doing this in FBZ. not FF...
Quote:[*]Maria Jenkin's "A Hero's Epic" along with the Shrouded and Multidimensional Badges (will be missing Anti-Matter.. can run Tina Macintyre's arc through Oro if needed..) -
is that not when the regular ship raid starts?
I mean, I don't personally care... but some people might wanna do both :/
stacking events is like, teh roodsauce -

Quote:I'd take a Stalker over a peacebringer any day. At least stalkers are good at something.Stalkers are kind of a surprise, since they're supposedly the most "sucky" AT at this point,
I don't think the numbers are suprising, they're pretty much what I would expect. Brutes and scrappers are very good soloists, so those numbers can be largely reflecting new people coming in testing the new content for themselves. MMs and Doms I would assume are largely wanted blueside, and making them purple initially is a more content-friendly way of getting them blue.
Almost every scrapper and his mother has gone redside to get shadow meld it seems. That's no surprise.
I'm not actually sure as to why blasters would from a building perspective...mace mastery is worse than ice; so it doesn't seem to be for defensive reasons. Same for trollers. Doesn't seem to be that the masteries are the reasons why they switched.
I'm a little more curious as to the number of accounts that have been activated since GR, rather than just the toon-count. -
Quote:depends on what you're running. I prefer either 5 adjusted targetting, or 2 adjusted targetting and 1 rech IO. or if you want s/l defense, 2 rectified reticles and 2 rech IOs.What's the optimal KM chain for DPS, and what recharge is needed?
Also what is typical slotting on Power Siphon - 6-slot Gaussian?
I'm not big on gaussians in it, but again, largely depends on what secondary you're running and what you're squeezing out of it.
Chain:
power siphon-> BB SB QS BB SB CS
CS: 204%
SB: 195%
BB: 100%
QS: 0%
Focussed burst not required. Ramping is much easier and faster with the first 3 attacks, anyway.
