How do you fix it? I have a USB fan, what else can I do?

I downloaded the Speedfan program and it told me my GPU is averaging around 185 degrees F I know thats bad but is it what is crashing my computer and if so how do I fix it.... BTW thanks for all of your help so far.

I keep having a problem where my laptop crashes I posted the same problem about a month ago and I was told to update the drivers that helped lessen the amount of times it happens but it still happens. It happens various times while playing and crashes my computer so that I have to power reboot, I also thought it was just overheating the viseo card so I got an extra cooling device but that hasnt helped either. If anyone has any ideas pls help.

Please help,
I got a new computer a while ago and lately whenever I play CoX on it, it crashes my computer. I don't think it the graphics card because I play other games with as complex if not more complex than CoX and they work just fine, i have also tried bring the graphics down and it still crashes. I am using Vista home 64 bit and it is on a laptop I have tried the vista forums but cant find anything that helps. I have also tried to re-image my computer and that doesn't help either. If anyone can help it will be greatly appreciated!!
