CoX crashes alot for me!

Please help,
I got a new computer a while ago and lately whenever I play CoX on it, it crashes my computer. I don't think it the graphics card because I play other games with as complex if not more complex than CoX and they work just fine, i have also tried bring the graphics down and it still crashes. I am using Vista home 64 bit and it is on a laptop I have tried the vista forums but cant find anything that helps. I have also tried to re-image my computer and that doesn't help either. If anyone can help it will be greatly appreciated!!

update vista to service pack 2 and update your video drivers to the most current ones. then do a disc clean up and defrag. also reset your modem and router.
