About 4 days ago I bought the Super science pack, with the intention of then buying the Martial Arts, Mutant and Pre-Purcahse GR packs.

However after buying the Science pack, i got the message that my order could not be accepted, now I'd normally not post on the forums about 1 bug but I have no other options left.

Once this happened I then posted a ticket with the support team, and indeed within minutes was contacted back asking the needed questions etc. I answered these as needed and the problem was escalated. So far so good.

Then after 4 days of waiting (and daily updates of the ticket) I have heard nothing from the rep I was forwarded to, nor has any progress been made. I still get the same error.

I have tried direct card payment, paypal payment and even a friend tried to buy it for me to no avail. I have taken as many measures as I can to try to solve this and now being at a complete loss I ask you fellow players, does anyone out there have a possible soloution or something I missed?

please help me out here guys and girls, this has killed my will to play at the moment, and really want to get back into the swing of things to get back to the fighting with my friends.

I'm an EU customer and calling the US call centre could be really expensive, so I was hoping for a way to avoid that if possible

When this happened to me, it took them a couple of days to respond to the "escalated" request, but then poof, it magically got unstuck.

Also, check with your credit card company, as sometimes they may have flagged something that could cause issues. I've had a handful of calls from them when buying from ncsoft. Very confidence-inducing, that.

I just wish they'd 'unstick' soon, i'm trying to give them my money and they just don't seem to want it :P

Happened here too, I think maybe they started to block users outside from making any purchases.

Not sure if it is either of these things but:

1) You can only put so many things on one card before NCSoft won't accept it any longer

So when I activated my second account, I think I got two boosters on before it wouldn't take any more for a few days. I was not over the NCSoft Master Account purchase limit, it was the number of transactions.

2) I had one credit card refuse to pay NCSoft. I had plenty of credit but because NCSoft took $1 then tried to take the remaining amount, the card issuer thought it was fraud and stopped it.

Now I got that transaction through on another card, but that issuer also wrote to me asking if it was a real transaction. (But at least they didn't bounce it.)

If your issue is the money was taken and not applied, then yes keep bugging NCSoft but if it's either of the issues above you need to use another payment method or wait a few days (issue one) or poke your card company and maybe find another provider (issue two).*

EDIT:
Re-reading that it looks like it might be your NC Master Account. For that, yes you need to call them.

I managed to buy the most recent booster on two accounts from the UK, so I don't think they've stopped purchases from outside the USA. That would be a pretty dumb move, really. I know some South American countries have issues though.

To anyone that was having similar problems, I have now resolved this issue. It was done by ringing the US phone support and informing them of the delay with the EU offices taking up my ticket.

The person I spoke to was very polite and nice and the issue was then moved to the US department. This was then resolved in less than a working day.

So to anyone having similar issues I can recommend calling the US phone support, and for reference the call was 18-19mins long for those that may be worried about the cost of such a call.
