Ok, Best thing to do is a field test

I found out that LR is considered a pet and caps at 400% dmg instead of the 675 or 775% dmg cap from brutes. I believe I'd be getting more form a scrapper than a brute for PvE. This would be for PvE not Farming. LR on a scrapper does alot more than on a brute. I looked at both builds the only differences was that the scrapper had 300 less HP than the brute and the scrapper caps out at 75% res for fire and never each 90% res if buffed from sonics or anything like that. And a scrapper has fear in burn? Overall the scrapper seemed like it would be putting out alot more dmg, but be harder to stay alive, and my brute has almost all the accolades and like 300 badges and like 4 customs and all that. having a hard time deciding if it's time to rebuild or not. And T4 recharge and T3 DMG and 4 NoTW with some shards.. Any thoughts?

Is this a pure farming toon? Also thunderclap is a waste. I only use havoc Punch, TS and LR. and if you want to be fast go Mu epic if PvEing with it i'd go Soul for the Range and dmg burst. Your endo use is minor, i use consume every minute or so and that's with useing no endo inspirations when i'm farming. my endo usage is 1.34/minute. but your first focus should be TS with Armagg and FF proc.

I see some major mistakes in your build, best advice is in TS put 5 Oblits and 1 Force feedback proc in it. You want more recharge than 71, aim towards 80-90 if you arn't using purples. Best thing you can do is try for 30melee def 20 range and 20 AoE def so if you pop 2 purps your softcaped. Veng is a must and so is T4 recharge incaranate. My elec/fire has 100 recahrge T4 recharge and veng. LR is up every 22 seconds without the FF proc popping off, but that's a purp heavy build. GL. really now. Can't wait to test all this still LR is beast as hell no matter what. but isn't this page about elec/fire builds not why SS or Elec is better? we alrdy did this once before.

Alrdy posted pics of me at 2.7mil a minute. and with mu i'm up to 3m a minute broski. but i'm tried about agueing about which is better, elec is just more fun to play I think. I showed all my numbers with soul epic.

can you point me in a direction that says it's really 775%? I don't understand why they would only drop DMG cap on brutes by 25% some 800DMG cap before.

All secondary powers give your 1 of 2 things. def or res. fire has res and gives you a heal early and endo power at lvl 20. Slotting 1 KB proc at lvl 10 wouldnt hurt much. What 2ndary would you say would be better?

Make an Elec/Invul brute. Huge AoE and alot of def and res. Crazy fun for speed team with buffs.

It doesn't do 350. LR does about 410ish. and FS isn't even half the damage of LR. Ill post pics in a few days and if you want i can also post pics of my SS/fire at dmg cap too.

Battle Axe/Fire Brute!! You get your heal at lvl 4 and you get some cool looking attacks taht hit really hard. your AoE at lvl 18 your Cone AoE that hits really hard lvl 26, Easy to use that cone to the best you can use it soloing and lvl 32 another huge attack that's a very wide cone. Don't get Blazing Aura for a long time! it when drain you of all your end, make sure you slot stamina first. GL

I will tell you what i know. LR does the same dmg to all the targets i hit within 20 ft (16 people) and TS does a alot of dmg also, for elec i only have Havoc Punch, build up, TS and LR. that's all you should be useing. I believe TS does 208 dmg at dmg cap to lvl 54s to all the people it can hit. and double dmg to the one target you hit. I think what they did to Elec was change from 2 numbers to just 1 staight number. I can't go online, but ill check in 12 hours. I only go on forums at work.

u sure about that? Never seen different numbers since I've been farming/PvE with it. over 300 hours on it.

Come to freedom and email @iMidget, ill show u a elec/fire brute 5-6 minutes run on 54x8 fire cybor. I was argueing who the best farmer was, but it became pointless, becuase the difference was only seconds. Elec is far more fun in PvE too so :P Aint nothing like a 20 second LR with 20 ft range hitting 16 people at +600 dmg against lvl 50s.

Does anyone play an EM/ brute's or is the 6 seconds animations for 2 attacks just too much? EM/ seem's pretty useless now, easily out DPSed by alot of other things or you'll just end up dieing cause there's no way to hit buffs. AoE range of 8 is hella gimp too, I asked cause i was thinking of useing my EM/invul, but it seem's pretty pointless now.

Only lost 4 billion off what i claimed since i thought it was a good time to clear my base of all it IOs.. a respeced toon no longer respeced and a new toon that i deleted an old toon for. but good news the old toon is back in my account...

I think we trying to decide what the best farmer is and 54's are the standard.

Doing front loader mission right now with bosses, just ran it in 3:05ish - 1 boss, will post pics once done PLing a toon to 50..

respeced into Mu epic, cost me 3.75 recharge total and 500million but I did take out a set of Apoc's so maybe the 500million worth it. Once i'm done leveling two new toons i'll go back to soul, but i'm going to start running frontloading get down a solid tatic and post my screenshots later in the week. keep it breezy

I wouldn't listen to the guy anymore. He wont even win a 4 easy billion by doing a mission that would take him less than 4 minutes. The only reasoning he said he wont is cause I wouldn't give 4 billion to a 3rd party which i said i would now. So fail sauce, but on the good side i'm running that front loader more and getting better tatics to run faster alrdy droped 5-8 seconds on an AVG and respecing into mu today to test it out. taking out a apoc set and putting in a posi with extra dmg proc.
