Gah. Again I demonstrate on the forums that I can't read.

Quote:Alternately, "With all those bright flashy attacks and glowing minions, who needs a light bulb?" and "Just one... and one mob."Q. How many Illusion Controllers does it take to screw in a lightbulb?
A. Two; one to summon the Phantom Army and a second to pick it up when it falls out a few seconds later.
Q. How many Mind Controllers does it take to screw in a lightbulb?
A. One but you can't remember what happened afterwards. -
Yeah, I've been noticing cars honking at me when I cross the street in front of them - did they always do that?

Beautiful work! Any chance they'll ever have text on 'em? That'd be great, but even without text they're way better than the originals.

How's this? There's the white skin to deal with, of course, but as far as I can tell that's just the best way to make you look like you have the mask...
The cape is the Tattered option with stripes, and its exterior is primary orange, secondary black, to look like a tiger pelt. -
You just made me realize that oh hey, we DON'T get to fight tanks in this game. And now it's going to bother me as to why the heck not until they add a tank or two for us to smash. Let us smash tanks, devs!

I've never even SEEN anyone use this power! Maybe if people could keep their costumes on while using it, it might get used more often. /signed!

Still no reason women shouldn't be able to use the Occult cape when they AREN'T wearing the bolero. I mean, it's not as if all men who use the Occult cape are also wearing the Baron jacket, or vice versa...

Quote:Here, let me confirm that for you.You know, I heard a completely unconfirmed rumour (as in, it's possible someone made it up) that Going Rogue will feature a few "movement stances" in the spirit of Ninja Run, but without any actual power benefits, so you can choose how you walk. As this would be the ideal solution, I still support this idea.
Quote:What's in the Complete Collection Item Pack?
The Complete Collection Item Pack is included as part of the City of Heroes Going Rogue: Complete Collection, with both digital and boxed versions (available in North America only), and includes:
Alpha and Omega themed costumed sets
Alpha- and Omega-themed auras
Four stance emotes
The Shadowy Presence invisibility power -

All right. Then the source of my confusion is simply that the Bare Chest and Bare Chest Smooth have all the same options for color overlays, meaning you can already have a tank top or T-shirt on a non-ripped character - though I am certainly in agreement that being able to put the more detailed, non-nipple-exposing versions on such a character would be a very good thing.

Just putting it out there that this thread was necro'd SOLELY to comment on the tag. Whaaaat?

Okay. So the high collar cape is a beautiful costume part and I love it. Seriously, I do. What I don't like about it is how it inexplicably has more functionality for male toons.
First of all, female toons don't get access to the Occult pattern for the cape OR the collar at all. I have no idea why this should be the case and it seems completely unfair. Basic and Arcane, yes, but no Occult... which is my favorite one. Why not?
Second, male toons get access not only to the Basic, Arcane, and Occult capes at first level, they also get all the default cape patterns. Females have to wait until level 20 to unlock these patterns with the regular cape mission. I imagine this is nothing more than an oversight, and that male toons were probably meant to unlock them at 20 as well... though needless to say, taking that away with an "Oops, sorry" will ruffle some feathers. So can we girls please be allowed to do this too? -
Yes please! Very yes please! I would adore this super much!
Allowing it as an alternative, or addition, to the fur shoulders on the magic bolero might be neat, too. I know from pre-not-allowed-to-do-that screencaps that it does look good with the fur shoulders, and I always wonder if it would cover the same edges if the fur were removed. -
Quote:Oh my god. Oh my god yes. Jackie Chan Adventures was the best show EVER.Oh ye of little imagination and lack of geekyness.
Remember this big fattie?
Once he got the rabbit talisman, he could run super speed!!
Therefore, there's a perfectly logical and good explination for that ability. With the imagination of the population, someone will make it work. Just like how Samus can keep 300 missiles somewhere... :P
And thanks to all for the compliments on my toon!Cheers!
Samuel: Then I must have misunderstood your meaning with what you were saying. I don't understand how adding overlays for scales, fur, or plant matter would be any more difficult than adding overlays for muscles. -
Sounds kinda like Ninja Run. Actually, sounds kinda exactly like ninja run. Really. I use ninja run for this all the time and it does the job beautifully.

I've been hoping for "fallen angel wings" for ages. A dark aura that I could put around my usual angel wings would fill that role nicely, though of course what I'd really fangirlsqueal about would be a new wing model for tattered, dirty, possibly-bone-exposing feathered wings. Two and a half styles of feathered wings (plus the cherub wings which I'm not really counting due to their ridiculous size) is SO not enough, especially when we have like twice as many membranous styles, three of which are unlockable through invention alone instead of as veteran awards and booster packs like the feathered ones are.
Also, a "molting feathers" aura would be great! -

Missions to defeat an AV, when I'm on Triumph. I'm not very good at soloing most of them even when they're EBs. Virtue I'm okay with those because it's much easier to find help.

I think my "Captain Slow" on Triumph is still okay though, since his bio states that his real name is Mayes Jameson, co-presenter of BBC comedy show "High Gear" alongside Clark Jermaine and Hamish Richards. Or maybe I did see that, and that's why I didn't use any of their real names.
