Quote:I would support this. I dislike the terrorist organization they are portrayed as.So heroes should help capture the Longbow that established Military instilations and taken military action in a sovergn nation, without treaty or Decleration of war?
Got it! Proposed War Witch TF; shut down all rogue Longbow instilations and activities in the Etoile Islands, culminating in the sacking of the Nerva instillation and arrest of the Vindicators! -
I go one further and get to 27 and slot basic IOs. Though I do sometimes cave and buy SOs at 22.

* Kill PvP. It stays as it is, but officially no future development, design, or work will be done for it.
* Lower the defense hard-cap, say to around 30%.
* Separate Ouro into Hero, Vigilante, Rogue, and Villain versions. Just to screw with people.
* Scrap AE and co-op missions/zones. -
I came in between Launch and Issue 1. My 1st character, an Emp/Rad defender (always guaranteed a team), partook of the Rularuu invasion around level... 35-ish.
Since launch I've only switched jobs once, but been moved within the 2nd job twice. I'm on my 3rd gaming rig, and rebuilding again this fall/winter. I've played 7 other MMOs but always kept City paid up. -
Quote:No comparable red side one.TFs that should get more WST time.
- Positron 1 + 2
- Synapse
- Hollows Trial
- Old Sewer Trial in steel
- Katie H
- Statesman
- Recluse
- Binder Of Beasts
- An ouroboros TF once in a while. Quick yes but come on, give them some incentive!
Sure.
No red side version.
Ditto.
Ditto.
STF/LRSF... sure.
Opposite Synapse, so sure, but not comparable in terms of time or reward.
Ouro prevents teaming in this case as a vigilante can't join a villain/rogue Ouro TF.
My regular vent server has joked about how the Devs should make Dr Q the blue side TF and for reds... ALL of the SFs. Just to keep it fair. -

Ran this over the weekend and we saved them as an afterthought. Last thing before leaving: 'Oh yeah... those guys in the collector pods."

^ One of the biggest reasons I go Vigilante/Rogue with most of my toons.
-
SS on most of those toons. Hasten on some others. Mez protection on others. Secondary Mutation on most.
In just about all cases I turn off my powers that are on auto for raids. -
Quote:I was originally writing a reply that edited in the correct content but realized this left around 15% of the original text in place.Issues 9-16: The Second Rikti War. Earth is invaded by people in (mostly) green and tan uniforms, with funny heads, who come here from another timeline to kill all of our supers and convert us to their way of life because they think our supers are a threat to them. We find out who fed them this lie, defeat that person, war ends.
Issue 15: Return of the Fifth Column: Earth is invaded by people in red and black uniforms, who come here from another timeline to kill all our supers and convert us to their way of life because the think our supers are a threat to them. Fortunately, we pwn them in a single issue, and tell them to come back later, because officially we were already in a war and don't have time for their silliness.
Issue 17-23: The Praetorian War: Earth is invaded by people in (mostly) red and white uniforms, who come here from another timeline to kill all our supers and convert us to their way of life because they think our supers are a threat to them. We find out who fed them this lie, defeat that person, war ends. Oh, and there are two other fronts in the war: at one point, as a distraction, earth gets briefly invaded by Soldiers of Rularuu, who are here to kill us all, because we imprisoned their god; the Banished Pantheon complain that they thought of that first and we get invaded by one of their gods and his armies, who are here to kill us all, because ... oh, never mind.
Grossly inaccurate is the easiest summary for the OPs descriptions. -
Quote:I've got a S/L softcap build you might be interested inGot one to 50, soft-capped it, soft-capped Bane side for Buld two and got bored, moved on and made a Widow, soft-capped it and got bored, made a WP/EM Tanker, soft-capped it and got bored...I think you're getting the picture.
I'm enjoying my Dark/EM Blaster most at the moment, I actually get hit so I need to manage my health/end and smash face.
Re: the OP question: I have a 50 incarnate Crab... and Bane. I have 44 characters just on Virtue and half-ish aren't 50 yet. That's my reason for not playing my Crab more. -
It depends on powersets and if I need to line up area attacks.
-
Is it wrong that once a thread has introduced math I immediately look for Arcanaville's posts...? <.<

Quote:Best proposed solution.Actually, that's not exactly true. My main has done A Hero's Hero but has never actually yet done A Hero's Epic. I was awarded the badge for doing Hero's Hero, and that mission arc isn't being changed as far as I know: it still exists in Ouroboros.
There are badges you can only get in flashback: the exploration badges in the pre-Incarnate Dark Astoria for example. I don't see why Hero's Hero can't continue to award Statesman's Pal and the updated Hero's Epic can't award Positron's Pal separately (as was suggested earlier in the thread). And if that is the case, the devs could retroactively grandfather all players to keep Statesman's Pal and require a rerun of Hero's Epic to get Positron's Pal, so that you actually have to save Positron to get it. -
I tried it on a tank and completely OP. Except for that 5% that is.

Could I get a PM with the instructions to change the screen please? I want my Des back.

Arcanaville is a freakin' math-machine which would indicate the logical side of the brain is dominant. Traditionally that is more the case in females than males.
However, Forums Arcanaville is gender-neutral (unless you know he/she/it/they) and just really, really smart. -

Quote:I love a memory of watching a single Thugs/TA Mastermind hold off an entire 10 man SG in their own base while the rest of us res'd and ran back through the raid-porter. They're both fine IMHO.Masterminds: High Endurance cost of attack powers, possibly boosting the attack powers to help pets (like Demon's -res, Beast's movement debuffs)
Trick Arrow: More debuffs/more powerful debuffs
Electric Blast: Something to alleviate the lack of a 'tier 3' ST blast (Power Burst/Blaze/Bitter Ice Blast et al), maybe some changes to Voltaic Sentinel (perma but attackable?)
I loathe Electric Blast. Simply cannot stand it. Too little pew pew for too much soft control. Still that's my opinion and I know a guy that loves his Elec/Elec blaster more than anything. -
Absorb is a thing from some stuff. We'll find out exact final information when they're ready. *insert Golden Girl winky thing*
