YAh dude that's enforcer light, and it's been in there as far as I can remember......I dunno....

yah that would be a good idea. =D

    crab guide?

wow thanks man, y'know I may just refer to this while levelling tonight. My widow buddy from work and my SOA did the lvl-pact today, we have opposite days off so we can help each other get to 24 that way. Looks like you didn't skip much, anything that IS akippable? And how did Mu work out for you? I'm planning on taking Mace myself.

    (edited for grammish)

    crab guide?

lol, thanks Dumple. I'm on step 2 right now. Painful, but will be worth it.
  7. I've never ever played wow before but from what I hear the raid dungeons are pretty cool, big massive npc's to kill that takes the power of several teams to accomplish, a COX version of that would be sweet I think. Especially with the awesome look the devs give the giant monsters so far.
  8. Who else loves unlocking weapons? I know it's not just me. I'm running a stalker with broadsword right now, his bio is something about a ninja-sword collector. I chose B-sword because it has the most unlockables.

Broadsword has the most unlockable types right now, 9 or 10 for B-sword (including valkyrie blade)

Assault Rifle has 6 unlockables, counting both nemesis or coucil weapons unlocked at the same time as 2 seperate guns.

Battle Axe has 7, counting the talsorian as 2, color tintable and not.

    Archer bow only has 2

Claws only has 2 (the 2 most badass, mind you. )

    Dual Blades has 3

    Katana has 3

poor Dual Pistols has 0, might change with GR, tho. Let's hope so

Pulse Rifle has 3, counting the crey ones as 2 seperate, however unlocked at the same time

    War Mace has 2

Sheilds have a good amount, 16

Part of my love for video games, online and offline, is unlocking stuff. I would love to see more unlockable weapons in the future. Any suggestions for any kind of styles you might like to see? Serious or not? (I do get a rofl from seeing some of the crazy powerset jokes that come from these suggestion and idea threads, dual archery and such, lol)

    crab guide?

YES! That's what I'm going for, I want to build a tankermind-style one with the pets from the wolf spider build, the crab training, and the B-scorpion pool. Well then, if there isn't one I guess I'll have to post one when I get him through all that. =D

oh ok I see, you were talking about the non-mm pets. My bad dude, but yah as mentioned after me, most pets like voltaic or darkservant are perma right out of the box. From what I've heard, voltaic sentinel is a pretty useless power for it's tier anyway, and most do respec out of it.

    crab guide?

Just searched through the first 10 pages of the guide threads, can't find a crab spider guide. Read a really good one on wolfspiders, but I need a good crab one. Maybe even a bane one too? Anyone?
  12. lame rep game is lame.

EDIT: at the notice of getting bad rep for still having rep and bashing rep, whoever you are, you are absolutley right!!! =D

    *shuts off stupid rep thing*

    PermaPets

Well, really the idea of "perma" comes from a power being ready to hit again by the time the power wares off.

So if your pets die, I don't know the recharge time for the average pets, but I do know it's less than a minute. So if you'r keeping your pets alive for more than that, it actually IS perma. Do you just not want them to die? me neither, they're great, but it's not gonna happen unfortunately.
  14. beyeajus

    Pathetic.

In agreeance with the map complaint, it does strike me as comical to run into an old shack of a warehouse in Sharkhead for instance, and enter into this nicely laid out hotel-looking place. But as you go through the map, you wonder "who puts a little doorway that you can barely see, that leads into a huge lobby, behind a staircase?"

lolz, I still love cox though. I just laugh and take it in stride.
  15. an HOUR?! srsly....an hour. lol, yah the devs are gonna smack their foreheads and say "zomg he's RIGHT! What have we been thinking?!"
  16. Well, here's what I know:

-Hide costs no end, and the stealth is supressed when you're attacked or you attack, click a glowie, or if you're hit by any aoe dot.

-Placate is a staple for stalkers as you can make a mob disregard you for another assassin strike. Oh, definitley take your assassin whatever the name for the primary is, otherwise you'll have problems.

    - For pvp, the only power from the concealment pool that meshes with your hide is stealth. that with a stealth proc on top and you're golden.

    - I'm currently running a stalker with the new Broadsword, it's nice heavy damage and I took ninjitsu as well, good choice, Lots of tricks up your sleeve

    - Elec melee is the most popular primary out there from what I hear/read. I love weapons myself, but unfortunately Dual Blades was a disappointment, but it looks flashy and cool.

    - A good strategy in a 3 man mob is to assassin strike the first one, with build up prior it will most likely one-shot a yellow con, then scrap it out with the second one, placate the third, and assassin strike him too when he ignores you.

    - The coolest part of stalking is that you can take all the steal this or defeat npc and guards, run right to the end and take him out. With a stalker, your main xp is gonna come from bosses and mission completion, not so much by trashing lots of minions like our blueside counterparts, try to refrain from scrapperlock cause stalkers are squishier.

    - In teams, you can scout around the board, let your team know of anything dangerous around the corner, and go right for the boss or potential team hazard enemy when you get
to it. Some of the best stalker moments are when a brute is wailing on a boss then BAM! he's down from 305 hp to 1 from your sneaky a**, lol

Welcome to the world of Stalkers!

P.S- If you like unlocking alternate weapons, broadsword has the most. Happy Hunting!

EDIT: regarding mezzes, pretty sure a mezz will de-toggle your hide, but I could be wrong.
  17. lol "we're getting killed by jack in irons!"

"I got this..." *summons one battle drone*

Jack: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!! *crashing through buildings running away*
  18. Hopefully we'll get the double sword backpiece that the jounin mm pets get. Then my Katana stalker's back won't be sore anymore from storing his sword in his back as he evidently does right now lol.

lol I knew someone would. But there's a lot more than eliminating. Some of the dialogue I've read is pretty brutal sometimes, can't help but dream though, especially from the ol' one thousand cuts.
  20. - If an npc wears it, we should be able to as well. The enemy npc's all look great, and I'd like to put something else on my back like swords for a katana scrapper or something. Right now they just pop out of nowhere.

    - It's been killed again and again, but putting the mm pets into the tailor would be cool.

    - more bot/tech face pieces, I'm a big fan. \m/

    - can i put non-alphanumeric characters in my name plz?

    - more GM's on redside.

    - MOAR unlockable weapons for claws, katana, and war mace if possible. Broad sword has the most unlockable alternates for it, the other weapons need that much love too. Unlocking weapons is always fun.

    That's about it for me.

    Critique away! =D

EDIT: Blood flying, I want it. Blood and murder and such is mentioned all the time in the game so don't you wave your age limit finger at me about the age thing, lmao. Back when I played Age of conan, fatalities were triggered and everything at the end of a combo, kinda like dual blades these days.
  21. lol, I got a neg from someone just for saying goodbye in a nice manner to Citylife last time he loudly bailed out. Nice guys finish last, I guess.....
  22. dunno know what could be going on, but I took my scrapper on a ToT right at lvl 5 and got all the salvage for my 5th? costume slot. Only got 2 mobs per trick, or 3 if it had a white con in the group.
  23. My AR/Trap corr's character is a defect longbow, who has been shooting it up in the RI and during his career has become my designated GM hunter. He's gonna be shipped off to Paragon to take down the ghost ship, non-event Jack in Irons and Eochai, Pally, etc. because RI is SOOOOOO lacking in the GM department.
  24. ToT-ing with my team using my AR/Trap corr, and wound up with 2 other trap users on the team. We're in G-ville and around those warehouse looking places not far off fom where TV is located. Haven't had this much fun ToT'in on any other toon.
Placing poison traps, landmines, caltrops, or myself even landing an ignite in front of a door before knocking is HILARIOUS!
It was kinda funny just doing it to see the monsters walk into doom like that, but it beacame a rofl when someone on the team referred to it as flaming bags of dog poo. After that came quotes from Billy Madison. XD lolz were had.

Anyone else have funny halloweeen cox stories?
