  1. Without being Regeneration or Willpower, pre-SO and pre-Stamina always puts the hurt on the endurance bar for just about every AT. You've only got one level until Stamina and then two more after that for SOs and then you will be able to fight constantly without much worry of getting winded.

    I don't want to say that Stamina is a 100% must have, but the general attitude here on the Scrapper forums is that we like to fight without interruption, be it health recovery downtime or endurance recovery downtime. So you can see why we tend to say Stamina, Stamina, Stamina!

    It's most likely true that they want to port over stuff that varies from what we already have, but I would welcome War Mace and Battle Axe as much as a Super Strength or Energy Melee simply because it gives me more. More choices to make more kinds of character concepts I'd enjoy playing. Shadow Knight and Valkyrior are the exact same builds except one has Super Jump, the other Flight and I get immense entertainment out of playing them both.   7. I'm thinking more along the lines of on the whole, rather than specific attack chains. Would Super Strength outclass the other sets by a significant amount, would it be fairly even with the other sets, or would it be lower damage compared to the other sets?

  10. I actually enjoy it quite a bit when I see a fully themed character throwing out their buffs not using the default colors. By this point how the particle effects from the various buffs behave when on my character is ingrained into my head.

    I reeeeeeeally love my Empathy Defender and how she was able to match a holy kind of theme for her blasts and buffs/heals. It makes the character that much more satisfying and was the first time in five years that I was able to get myself to play something than a Trick Arrow/Archery Defender seriously.
  11. Has anyone ever posted how Super Strength (if it were ported to Scrappers) would stack up with the rest of the primaries we have? I'd be very interested to see the data.
  12. Thinking about my 50's makes me worried. 36 of my slots on my only server I play on are rapidly getting filled with em' and there are still tons of primary/secondary combinations I want to play across on several ATs.

  18. So much for that idea. Oh well. I'll still be patiently waiting for it. This is one of the biggest changes I've been looking forward to someday and it's good that BABs was poking around at the idea, seeing if he could get it to work.

  20. Sad to see that my Katana/Regen won't be affected by this until after Going Rogue but it's a start, and a great one at that!

    Eagerly awaiting this to hit Test so I can play around with it.
  21. This definitely changes the way I play and the way I make my builds. This is potentially huge for me and in a freakin' good way. My Knives of Artemis character uses Broadsword/Willpower/Weapon Mastery. Caltrops, Shuriken, and Exploding Shuriken are tons of fun to use for that themed character and I certainly will be much less hesitent to use said powers after this change happens. Woo hoo!

    My Broadsword/Shield Defense Scrapper thanks you though. The redraw animation caused from Active Defense was irritating. Now if you could only make Active Defense, Practiced Brawler, and etc. have a 0.1 cast time so we could activate other powers as soon as the click mez protection fired off...
