  1. The softcap for regular content is 45%.

I believe the softcap for incarnate content is higher than that...but I can't comment on that.

Also...the 45% is total defensive percentage for a single defense stat...such as smashing/lethal defense.

    Wait...Superior Conditioning is a passive?

It has a recharge time on Mids.

    My understanding...from Mids...is that it's a click +end power that gives (unslotted) +5 max endurance every 10s for 10s.

    When slotted...that's +.28 end/sec.

I'm not sure if you can stack it...but if you can...we're talking up to .56 end/sec...which is more than unslotted quick recovery.

Also...it's another place to slot performance shifter chance for +end...
...theoretically...if you're clicking SC every 10s...then the performance shifter proc is getting the same ammount of chances as it does when slotted in QR, Stamina and Physical perfection.

In my opinion...that is "superior" to conserve power.
  3. Allow all the AT's with these Pools access to both Conserve Power and Superior Conditioning.

(At least let us choose between one or the other...if having both would be too much)
  4. These missions seem to be like a tutorial?

    Is this a correct assessment?
  5. Damn, that's unfortunate.

Superior Conditioning is better than Conserve Power by leaps and bounds...in my opinion at least.
  6. Why can't tanks get this?

I would take this over Conserve Power any day.
  7. Well you apparently have mids...so you should be able to check out the % yourself.

Anyways...no, you're not softcapped to either defense nor resistance.

My quick advice...you're overslotting MoB, IW, HS, and your attacks.
  8. Is there a website where we can create pages for our hero and villain profiles?

On the other hand, now that it's so firmly entrenched in the system, I'm not sure changing it would be worth the programming overhead required, and then there's the question of how the use of the new version (do you propose another Options tab or what?) would be taught to new players. The "go see the Hero Corps guy" mission is high up on the "can the older contacts please stop wasting my damn time, please" list for veterans, but the new kids have to learn how the system works somehow...
At least you understand that the suggestion was much more than just the quality of life of not having to travel to them.

I would suggest just adding another options tab.

However, I can also agree with it possibily not being worth the programming overhead required.

To do this, just leave the last spawn of enemies when there is 1-2 left and the group is quickly taking care of them. It becomes almost a min-game in later levels when enemy spawns melt before your teams.
This...is definitely...a GREAT piece of advice.
  12. Please remove the need to talk to someone about changing the "difficulty".

Think about how absurd the whole idea is of what we have to do now to change the "difficulty".

I like having to change targets and such. Work at it. Gauntlet seems like 'auto threat win.'
    2) Energy Aura is Scrapper/Brute only. It fits the character thematically -very- well.
    3) I feel like a Brute will make a better soloing piece (as I do that regularly) than a tanker, as it does have higher damage. While I don't need to see big orange numbers, doing the job quickly and efficiently is nice.
    Commenting on point 1.

Gauntlet is in no way "auto threat win".

I wish it was...so that I would not need to pick up Taunt just to be a good Tank.

    That is all.
  14. Don't tell me knockback is hated so much that no one has crunched the numbers.
  15. I can't comment on whether population has increased or not...

...but I can say that since I started playing again...I've been able to constantly team with a full 8-man team.
  16. Is there anyway to calculate knockback distance...in feet?

What I'm asking is...is it possible with the tech used for CoH to eventually implement something like that?

So that it seems as if it's an actual mission instead of the virtual reality program.
  18. Is it possible to allow us to place our Mission Architect missions in certain zones?

For instance...you could set the mission to be in Kings Row...and then the mission setpoint would be a random place in Kings Row?
  19. Architect*

Alright, it's been a long time...and I never really used the system to begin with.

Can you create your own AV's...and their minions?
  20. Anyone who acts as if you should NEVER run into end problems on certain sets do not realize that you also have to take into account the type of enemies you are facing.
  21. I would rather not see this feature ever implemented.

I like how it is now.
  22. You can hate on Afterburner all you want...that's your opinion.

I, on the other hand...ABSOLUTELY love having a faster flight power.

    120 second recharge

    60 Range

    13.52 end cost

    1.5s cast time

    66.73 damage at level 50
  24. I'm looking to do the 1st respec trial tonight. Possibly around 6pm eastern time...if I get enough people.

Let me know if you're interested.
  25. Yeah, free players should ABSOLUTELY be able to respond to tells.

This feature would greatly help those who use the "tell" feature to build teams.
