    On top the the general neglect for APPs, an Earth APP for doms runs into the problem that there's really only like 3 powers that would work for it in the game (4 if you steal an attack from the Igneous), so they'd probably have to make an all-new power with its own stats, animation, and VFX to make a full APP.

  6. Because now it's very easy to get the badge on a hero without TRYING to. Us badge hunters don't care what badges are called, but non-badge hunters might get annoyed at the implication that their pure hero isn't. For example, on MY badge hunter character I don't care what a badge is called, but on my non-badge hunter character who's running hero tips constantly to buy a PVP IO I'm annoyed at the title of the badge even though I've done nothing villainous.
  7. Reformed is earned for defeating 1000 Longbow, in case you didn't know, and it's the Hero version of the badge.

    With the release of I18, there's at least 2 Hero tip missions (that I know of) where you fight Longbow. That means it's entirely possible to earn the Reformed badge, which implies that you were once a villain, without doing a single villainous thing. This is the sort of thing that annoys me, so in the spirit of D&D, I present a suggestion for a name change for this badge:

    Lawful
    Sometimes Longbow oversteps its bounds, but you've been there to keep it on the straight and narrow.

    Obviously we'd lose access to that title, but there's plenty of other hero badge titles that imply the same thing it did. And heck, maybe there'll be another badge down the line that can use the old name.
  8. I'm guessing you're finding it incredibly hard to solo because you hardly have any attacks. Try picking a few of those up.
  9. Does anyone know if Burn has the bug where putting a damage proc in it can cause you to damage yourself when summoning it?

  12. Infernal's pool is pretty redundant if you ask me, since nearly every archetype gets a Fire APP.
  13. Fun thing about Masterminds is that their damage mods are so low you can give them pretty much any attack and it'd probably be fine. I almost suggested Hail of Bullets in Handgun Mastery until I remembered that there should be a defensive power.

    If you're wondering why some archetypes and themes aren't on the list, it's probably because I couldn't find enough existing powers in the game to fill up the APPs. I'd love to put a Dual Pistols pool for Scrappers or an Earth pool for Dominators, but there aren't enough existing powers that fit the bill.

  16. I think the idea here is which GOOD powers you wouldn't want to have. Saying you wouldn't want to have the powers of Chuck Guyrich, whose legs break every time he tastes waffles, is kind of cheating.

  19. Best secondary for anything is Thermal. AoE heal and shields means nothing's killing your pets, and debuffs later on help you kill the tough guys you'll fight then. It's probably too good.
  20. Sounds like our intrepid OP by pure bad luck attacked the real DeVore in the mob, thinking it was a duplicate, and when she pulled the duplicate trick again he thought that all the decoys would do that.

    Binding a demon is not the same as dealing with a demon.
