You already mentioned migitation, where ice offers some great stuff:

Ice Patch: Some like it, some hate it....I think it would complement nicely with Irridiate.
When I look at hold an sleep....hm sleep ain´t so good I think because of the tickly stuff that rad offers. But the Hold seems nice then, especially when u are already standing in the mob using Irridiateand the say "Freeze!" That sounds nice -

When I look only at the animation of AS i would say NB or DB....maybe BS also, but the other two are more likely what an assasin is like.....oh heck! I just came up with the idea of an AS like in Assasins Creed with the blades killing 2 opponents

Complete theorycraft here, but I'm thinking if it was my toon I'd just go for ~13% def to all and as much recharge as possible, then I'd pick Shadow Meld. This way, between MoG and Shadow Meld I'd have bursts of defense as needed. Another bonus being, of course, that both elm and regen are sets that benefit heavily from recharge. Having TStrike knocking things down more often can't hurt survivability.

I came up with the Idea of softcapping her because I often get killed by some Boss AoE or other attack because of the animation times of LR or TS. That is why I hoped someone could help me out especially because this is one of my fav villains (well...stalkers are SO cool, isn´t that obvious)

Heya,
I got a elm/reg stalkerette that i love to play (even she is running on plain SOs) that because of the AoE carnage it has. But what really ***** me off is that when i come out of hide,nearly all my def is gone
That´s why I wanna ask: Is it possible to softcap a reggen stalker without gimping it to the ground? -
I would not take Permafrost that early especially cuz u do not really need it. Only the base slot is pretty kewl for the Steadfast 3% Def

Stealth IOs are the ones in travel power IO sets. You put em into a travel or sprint and as long as the toggle is running it is granting you a stealth bonus which gets u to stealth cap when running hide + stealth.

Heya, I just started my...5th Tanker, a Ela/FM.
So I got some questions after pushing up WP, Shield, Fire and Ice:
1. Is it worth to go for defense? If yes positional or either s/l?
2. Is it worth to go for reggen? Especially when one sees the Bonus of Energize?
3. Is it possible to get the recharge of Energize down to a level which equals Healing Flames?
4. Is Ela more stable in tanking situations than the other ones I have?
5. Are there any must have pool powers (excepting Tough, I´ll take that anyway)?

Well, I tried Indigo again yesterday, but didn´t manage her getting her down. Half way she got me after I stood in the Caltrops too long Headsplitter let me see the ground textures
But she is managable after all! Just a bit of "jumpstyle" is required because of the Caltrops.
And well i did not exactly go for 50+% def, I just recognized after i had finished my build and kept it, but i think these 5% are worth it. Just my opinion -

Hm....i pushed my Dark/SR Brute from 45 to 50 finally and got him fresh IO sets.
And my Rad/Fire Blaster got some love from 13 up to 34, i just can´t wait getting hot feet for more AOE Rampage!
And ye I have some other toons pushed a lvl or so... -
When do I get the Frostfire Map to finally finish my MA Arc?

1. I know that def softcap is 45% but if i get debuffed, the 5% up should help to keep it
2. Ok, should try then as a 50 AV, eventually it is possible then
3. Thought so but i just hoped the DPS wouldn´t do for brutes

Well the thing is: if you fly Indigo forces you down with webnades....then u are stuck in caltrops and then she hits you with headsplitter for 2200 dmg voila....dead.
So I ask if it is just her powers or any AV is that hard for /SR Chars -
Hey there, my Dark/SR Brute just hit 50 and I tried to solo AVs, after pushing him to softcap with about 50% def against all positions, but i did not manage to take down Indigo on lvl 52.
She just hit through my def like a hot knife through butter.
So here´s my question: Is it managable to take down AVs with /SR?
Or is it just just this one with the incredible dmgoutput that laughs at me? -
Unfortunately the Gladiator's Fury Proc is just slottable once cause it´s unique. I thought about putting that one in Blazing Aura or Hot Feet.

Well, i got a WP/EM Tanker and did only take ET and TF, BU and bit of epic pool. Also everything out of the WP set including the rezz.
I just got a few sets increasing HP and reg, he is doing fine also on MoSTF (was 1st WP on Zukunft to do that)
I also took tough and weave but did not softcap any defense and he is working fine. -
That depends.
Earth offers a little more soft control with kb and stun in addition to that mud pots,
Psi offers Drain Psyche, to boost your reg and recovery and some good cone and area,
Ice offers powerboost, chilling embrace and fast attacks
As I say: Everything is playable!
I got an Earth/Ice dom, buddy has got a Mind/Ice. Both work very very well. Psi is nice if you have endu problems or would like a bit of "debuffing" as a dominator, while drain psyche improves your reggen it debuffs the enemies reg. I have no idea about earth my /earth dom just hit lvl 8.
So I don´t wnat to tell you "Schmarrn" as some germans say, because i have no idea what the set is like for doms and so i can´t tell you a thing. -

EM got nerfed pre-I12 i think.
The animations of the two heavy hitters TF and ET are too long. Before ET nerf the power had an activation time of about 1 sec, now it´s over 3 secs. 3 secs in which you can die pretty fast. -
1. SS is chosen because it has a pretty nice dmg and it offers Rage which enhances your to hit by miles and gives you an 80% dmgbuff for 2 mins which is also easy to make it perma.
2. Fire, inv, wp are chosen because of increased hp or in case of fire a VERY quick recharging heal -
