Dunno how it would survive on a stf though keeping some purples in your tray should help -

ghostie, itf, nemesis, council etc all have plenty of aoes to worry about while i do like the defence in your build the recovery net gain is far too low for me.
I´m gonna work on the build a bit more. -

on my sonic/rad i´m going for 5 analyze weakness and a achilles

Irradiate is missing defense debuff slot, properly slotted the debuff is massive. Slotting for damage isnt worth it.

Also 100% resist to a status means it last for half its duration.
