Open your main menu and look near the bottom for "support". This will open the petition window.

I don't have it, but usually the easiest way to find new parts when you don't know the names is to use the premade outfits and find the new sets (usually, but not always, at the bottom of the list).

The Costume Change emotes are a good addition, even if trying to use them with a weapon drawn (any weapon, even a pulse rifle) causes them to not play.

If you only have one account, it should have automatically applied to your account as you were creating it. If it didn't, contact support and they'll be able to get you fixed up.

Actually, if you are level 10, you have a 50/50 chance of getting either the Atlas or King's Row mission. I assume it's the same for the other 'in betweens' as well.

Honestly, how can you expect them to find a bug that only crops up with 2500 people logged in when only 300 people play on the test server? Especially when there is only ONE test server and ELEVEN live servers? They can't duplicate that in house, when there are people all over the world with varying connection speeds, doing thousands of different things in the live game. -

To elaborate:
Basically, you would have to know the exact name and location of one of the chest Icons in the PIGG files, and create a matching directory chain with a matching name in the City of Heroes game folder containing your image instead of the noraml one, the game would see that folder and image and use it in place of the one that it "should" be using.
Any more information, and I would surely be in violation of some kinda rule. -

I used the gladius as the closest match for an iklwa, the long-bladed, short-handled stabbing spear, but I will use the leaf-bladed "Roman Gladius" when i can unlock it, since it's a better shape.
