What it took to re-claim my CoH game was I had to call NCsoft and present them with my original CD key, billing address and credit card info, they then had me fax a copy of the original CD key. I went through the same thing a couple months ago when my accounts were banned due to a billing screw up. I actually had to get into a three-way call with NC support and my credit card company before they would release the accounts. It was not a fun couple of days.

Your right alt key will raise and lower your power trays from one to three. You can use the arrow keys < > to change the tray numbers. I generally use tray 1 on the bottom, 2 in the middle, and 3 on top. Most people don't need more than two unless they're getting fancy with the temp powers.

Menu > Personal info (it loads faster than the ID and you can still see what's going on around you)

They won't reimburse because they can't prove it was done by a hacker. Who's to say you (generic you) didn't just hand your info to a friend and say "go in and transfer it all off" and then report it?

Use a strong password and be smart about downloading stuff off the net, and don't share your info with ANYONE even your best friend that you've known since before you were born.

It's slightly presumptuous to assume I was trying to Troll/Riot a forum, I posted it in a PLAYER QUESTION forum...why else would anyone seem to do this, that someone would post details in a question forum...seeing as the Devs like to pat their own back and toot their own horn...don't you think they would make some sort of official announcement...not let someone post something on the forum?

Really think about what you respond?! All I wanted was any kind of new answers, the Devs have a way of doing interviews and releasing slight detail but not posting them on the site till its too late.

You said you read the dev posts. Then you know EXACTLY the same information that we do. It is pointless to ask for more info from us, especially since the first hint of anything new would be all over the boards in an instant, with a title much like the one on this thread, only NOT MISLEADING.
