You have to write a bind .txt file outside of the game to do it, because the game won't accept the unicode directly and there is no "alt-###" variant for it.

You get hosed on rewards, but the souvenir for failing is WAY worth it. -

That is the issue. It is being ticketed and brought up to a Senior GM.
This Senior GM is the individual I need to complain about. But somehow this issue keeps going right over to him. -

2. The easiest way is to set the flags on the target line, then you don't need to do anything after you log in. You won't see any difference if you're only using one instance. My target is this: E:\NCSOFT\CoHLive\CohUpdater.exe -fullscreen 0 -screen 1280 977 -maxinactivefps 5 -maxfps 20
This puts me in windowed mode, sets my resolution, and my FPS throttles.
Additionally, if I know I'm going to be running two or three accounts in a high lag area (such as a raid or invasion) I'll check "run in safe mode" on the EULA screen. This automatically drops my graphics to the lowest settings. The only catch is that you don't want to accidentally click on options while in safe mode, or it'll save the settings as default. -

Minor nitpick/clarification: After you defeat a player, there's a five minute timer where you can't get a drop from that player, regardless if you got a drop or not. If you turn around and defeat a different player, it checks for a drop, and then puts a five minute timer on them as well.
Once you get a drop, a ten minute timer is put on you, and you can't get a drop from any kill until it wears off.
Note that the five minute timers can be refreshed during the ten minute "no drops" interval. If you kill a player and get a drop, then kill him 9:59 later, you get no drop (because you're still in the ten minute window), and you can't get a drop from him in the next five minutes (until the 14:59 mark). This is possible because the two timers are completely separate. -

I'll be doing some switches to blue, and some to red, mostly for RP reasons. I like the grittiness of redside, but I don't like outright villainy. I avoid Westin Phipps' arc if at all possible, and when it's not, I run it OOC because even on my redside herd, I don't have anyone that would be that mean. I can't be truly "evil" so I don't try.

At its core, it's still just multiplication.
The proper answer is "As many combinations as there are stars in the sky, or grains of sand on all the beaches in the world."
But does anyone have the means to calculate the exact number of those?
That's better than something with a bunch of exponeted exponents hehe.
But that's no different than the number of stars etc. Given appropriate context, any number can be meaningful. and faces. Sorry.

I don't run two accounts, but I expect that system should be fine. The biggest thing for running two accounts on one PC is to use the /maxinactivefps x command. Set x to a low number like 3. That limits the fps of the account in the background, leaving the bulk of the PC's resources for the active screen. With that command you will need to enter it each time you start the game though.
Another option is to put "-maxinactivefps 3" in the path for the game shortcut, minus the quotes. That way it's always set when you start the game, and you don't need to enter it. Even if you don't run two accounts, it makes alt-tabbing to the wiki or mids much nicer.
