They could make this with the prestige power slide/Oil slick animation and put it about a foot off the ground
Perhaps if it Gives a boost to jump hight, speed and will decend off ledges with a 3 second fly power
this would seem cool, and could possibly fit in as a new pool power perhaps with a few powers like these:
6) Board Charge (basically the shield charge power to a shorter distance
6) Agile (defense to all but Psi, AoE and Cone)
12) Board Travel (the above)
20) Boost Speed (temp boost speed) -

i know you can server transfer a character into the training room, but how about if we could transfer a test player onto the live servers available to Purchase when the next issue goes live?
if you choose to transfer a character you earn an accocalade badge called "Experimentalist" for heroes and "Test Subject" for villains
Luckily they can use the same system from the server transfer for US to EU (or the other way around) for thisform of transfer -
As long as its something to do with science, then fine by me, a shivan could work, or maybe a mini shivan meteorite?

Mini Zenith Hoverbot - fires Rockets
Mini banished mask - fires dark blasts
Mini Hamidon Blob - fires radiation blasts
Mini wasp swarm - Fires thorns
Mini Rikti Drone - fires rikti energy
like all veteran pets, you may only choose one and they all have the ability to fly with the summoner, able to be dismissed and have a small amount of HP

1) Place the new Shields on grave knights and have 'phalanx fighting' given
2) For Genins to have a shuriken holster instead off a quiver on thier back
3) Finally, Spec ops to have the targeting combat aura on thier night vision goggles

Ive put some thaught into this, why not further the police like factor in heroes and the thug like factor in villains as a super booster?
Heres the Idea:
Heroes are granted 2 new special powers called handheld taser (melee, moderate energy damage, hold) and pepper spray (cone, moderate lethal/Toxic damage, -Acc -Perception)
Villains are granted 2 other powers instead called throw rock (ranged, moderate smashing damage, disorient) and spray paint (the same as pepper spray)
In addition to the powers there are new costume pieces that are available to all characters:
standard Chest detail: Block print SWAT, block print PPD, block print RIP, Graffiti tag THUG and Graffiti tag STREET
Issue 13 jacket detail: Radio Strap, Single gun holster, double gun holster, PPD badge, RIP badge and the ammo belts and tactical belts already available
Hats: Police badge Official, headbands from full masks
Belts: enforcer Belt (taken from fully upgraded enforcers)
Also there is a series of new emotes which are:
Showpolicebadge
Jugglebat (villains)
jugglenightstick (heroes)
riotshielddefend
throwtorch
as the cyborg pack had combat aura's I have came up with something else instead:
Back Detail: Military Backpack, Block Print SWAT, Block Print PPD, Block print RIP, graffiti tag STREET and Graffiti tag THUG

Ive played I13 in the test servers and wanted to contribute some ideas for shields that havent been used yet (I hope)
Signs - varying types are STOP! YIELD! and NO ENTRY!
Car doors - Car doors could be used as shields, kevlar windows and hard metal shielding
Circular saw blade - with spinning motion
Propeller - spinning blades would work i guess
Giant Gear - for all you clockwork fans
Trash can lid - A bit more urban form of shield -
Just something i came up with, the weapon customisations all have base damage types, so what if...
Talsorian/Tech weapons have added minor Energy Damage
Rularuu weapons have added minor negative energy damage
Nictus Broadsword has added minor Negative Energy damage
Roman weapons have added minor smashing damage
Thorn Blade has added minor negative energy damage
Nemesis Guns have added minor fire damage
lazer sighted weapons have added minor range and accuracy buffs
Sniper rifle has added minor range and accuracy buffs
If you can come up with more or your own please do -
Smoke grenades are basically the same as blinding powder, perhaps one that causes hold that makes enemies choke and debuff thier perception
as for hide, well, ninjas need to be stealth so what if it was bumped up a few levels to tier 7 or 8 with an invisibility power -
After reading about the new Cyborg packs only the first of many booster packs, Ive came up with an Idea for the second, its not much, but its the best I could come up with
SUPER BOOSTER PACK 2: UNDEAD
These are the following Emotes I'd like to see:
Zombie Stance
Crumble to Dust
Vomit
These are some of the auras I'd like to see:
Ghostly Stealth (not a stealth power, but to look like Ghost pirates)
Zombie Breath
Bones below feet
Maggots
These are the Costume Pieces I had in mind:
Hair Styles: Rotting Brain, Missing Chunk
Chest Styles: Zombie (thin version), Zombie W/ Exposed Ribs, Grave Knight
Hand Styles: Zombie Bones both sides, Skeletal
Leg Styles: Zombie (thinner version), Zombie W/ Exposed leg bone, Grave Knight
Feet Styles: Zombie Bones left, righ or both
Booster special Power: Posess: when all else fails, you berid yourself of your original body and posess an enemies (note: this will cause you to play as the enemy for one minute, Bosses and over cannot be possesed) -
I do believe that the Defender Psi blast has a sniper at tier 3, So it might push overpowered right over the edge
as for dark blast, that needs sorting out... -

I'm guessing shields focuses on effects such as Parry, Deflect and Defence, Mainly against lehtal, smashing, fire, ranged and melee
The one thing I desperatley want for shields is when you block arrows, the arrows stick in the shield instead of your characters chest.
Lets hope they bring alot of shield customisations, i dont like sticking to normal history based ones, bring tech styled ones, Scrap and Road Signs, and even a SWAT shield -
I'm not sure if fires suitable for stalkers, its quite the opposite, stalkers focus on stealth, fire gives of light, they dont mix very well
although elec has the same problem, fire seems a bit too much, I'd be seeing glowing fires walking around while NPC's dont notice at all -

BAB said that shields wont be an AT, but a defense set, probably because theyve already settled for kheldians only. but I like this Idea too, so I'm guessing its for Tankers, brutes and scrappers?

I know that water powers have been suggested before, but this isnt water on its own, Aquatic Control/Blast/Manipulation is control over sea like items and powers to project at your enemy, yes this may contain a few powers that are water based. I created these powersets after the failure of Coralax becoming a VEAT.
Aquatic Control
1) Coral Encrust (Lethal/Toxic DoT Immobilise)
2) Water Jet (Lethal/Cold Knockup)
3) Coral Encase (lethal/cToxic DoT Hold)
4) Whirlpool (Knockback, slow, -ToHit)

Ivce noticed you can only customise weapons and thats it, but the next step in the chain of customisations leading up to power customisation is what I see as 'payload Customisation'

Okay..That sounded like the mobile text like mumbo jumbo, even though were not in game, we still talk properly.
The main reason I put a Gun/Weaponry Controll set was because there are no weaponry control sets, let me break it down...
Corruptor/Blaster - Assault Rifle
Defender - Bow and arrow
Masterminds - Pistols/Assault Rifles/Bow and arrow/Pulse rifles
Scrappers - Blades Galore
Stalkers - Light blades
Tankers - Big weapons
Brutes - Big weapons
CONTROLLERS _ nothing (apart from the trick arrow for no apparent reason)
DOMINATORS - Absolute nothing
so I think we can at least squeeze this one in as a control set, Trollers and mainly Doms are left out in weapon customisation sadly.
(and word to the wise, if your new to the forum, try not to start flinging /unsigned's so soon when your inexperienced in the forum, I'm still preparing to do one after at least 200 posts) -
More mastermind commands, like 'Ranged Assault' 'Melee Assault' and 'Tactical Assault'
and a formation Icon so you can choose what form they stand in, like a line or a circle. -

The reason I put this in is because there isnt enough gun sets...Theres 1, and 3 minor gun sets only available with masterminds (at the moment)
But I see your point, weapons are taking over the game, that is because the devs have practically used up most super powers that can fit in.

I suppose they could do what they did with fire imps, recycle an old model (Monkeys), so for spider bombs just very tiny arachnobots tainted silver.
Just so you know, the bombs are fired out of the rifle and emerge from orbs to spider bots.

I hope I can make a character to look like the Assault bot, including the arm cannons for energy blast powers
