1) Changes how the minions work, so no.
2) IIRC someone said they are going to get a revamp for their upgraded look...I think -shrug-
3) I doubt it. Spec ops goggles look fine. Again, they wont mess with gfx/powers unless they really HAVE to.
And, the opnion bit. I think the combat aura would look horrible on the Spec Ops.

just short and simple, it it posible to...
1) Place the new Shields on grave knights and have 'phalanx fighting' given
2) For Genins to have a shuriken holster instead off a quiver on thier back
3) Finally, Spec ops to have the targeting combat aura on thier night vision goggles
