Practice. See 3 or 4 hellions standing around atlas park? Line it up and see what happens. Little changes can mean going from 1 or 2 hit, to 3 or 4, sometimes 5.

A situation I find useful is when enemies close on me. They can line up 3 across, in front of you. Target one of the outside guys, sidestep around the guy on the other end and fire away. 3 targets hit.

Enemies swarm around you, target one in front of you and move back. The enemies on the side will close into the space you just left and as soon as the targeted enemy reaches cone range, you can nail 5 on occasion.

I've really liked the extended range on Shadow Maul since they changed it. Sure, a lot of the time I don't bother to utilize the cone aspect, but it's now much easier to use than it was before.

Reminds me of Jet Li's Black Mask, although definitely more of the superhero vibe than that one. Might just check it out when it gets here.

Karma Kincaid

Karma's misfortune began days after being born when her mother, an aspiring hero, od'd on Supes while trying to get powers. From there she was bounced from orphanage, to foster family, to the streets and back again.

Wherever she went someone was always trying to put her down. But Karma was resilient, if she was anything. Tomboy, brawler, trouble-maker: you name it, she was called it. Karma refused to let life beat her down, and in return it tried that much harder.

But karma is all about balance, and turnabout is fair play after all. On her nineteenth birthday, Karma walked into City Hall and registered as a hero. She's tired of being karma's only *****.

Time to spread the joy.

Scrapper. Any combination of primary and secondary, although Katana/Willpower is a particularly strong choice for a new player.

Debuff resists for recharge and regen.

Not bad. And the scene with the car at the end was great.

While not strictly metal, you can't really go wrong with Priestess, even if they are from Quebec. I prefer there first album, Hello Master, but there's some decent stuff off of there second effort, Prior to the Fire, which is growing on me every time I listen to it.

Well Fire is better for brutes than scrappers, or so I hear, due to the DoT being affected by Fury but not Criticals.

Scrappers also start off dealing a lot more damage than brutes. Brutes need all that Fury to catch up.

Scrappers do more damage, get martial arts, and criticals are so very satisfying.

...so it would seem we think alike in some respects. Unfortunately I used dark reds against a dark red background, so it's kind of hard to see. If I had the MA booster I'd go Katana or Ninja Blade for that Chinese broadsword which is pretty sweet, but I guess I'll stick with BS for my stalker.

I'll go with Forcefield because there are no Cold defenders. I saw one a year or so ago, and that was the last one I saw. It was also the first one I saw.

I've got a character I'm wanting to make, partly inspired by Arabian legend, partly by Saharan Africa, and I'm a little stuck for costume ideas.

So if any of you artistic types have a costume along either of those lines, I'd love to see it for some inspiration and ideas. Thanks.
