Am I missing something? Neither of those responses have anything to do with the question. Was there an edit made?

And while I agree with you, Rajani Isa, about hot linking images (plenty of people hot linking off my site have been later surprised with images of pr0n), I feel that sites like photobucket/imageshack/etc are there for that purpose. At least, that's what I've seen at many places across the web.
Also, a browser is unlikely to redownload an image from the same address that it has already downloaded from. In the case of photobucket, it sends the cache command "Cache-Control: max-age=21600" so the browser can keep it in it's cache for quite some time. It shouldn't matter how many people are using it as an avatar if they're all using the same URL. If the browser is working properly, it would be only downloaded in a 6 hour (21,600 seconds) stretch. -

Remove the inner quotes, and replace the spaces in the inspiration names with underlines. Instead of Catch a breath, use Catch_A_Breath.

You might PM Archie Gremlin. He's been collecting drop info for awhile now. Not specifically inspiration drops, but he's got the data.

The drop ratio from I7 data can be found on the Wiki's Inspiration Talk page. I don't believe it's changed, but it's possible.

I don't believe there is much, if any, visual clue when it works. Some text should show up on one of the channels, usually a combat type channel, but some of the IOs show up on weird channels like pet heals.

Unless you're using very rare purple IOs or PvP IOs, then no, it has not changed. You will not get the set bonuses when you exemp down to 30. The IOs will still enhance your powers though, you don't lose that.

I have a bind I use.
/bind <key> "AFK I'm busy slotting Enhancements$$Manage"
Puts me in the enhancement management screen and sets my afk message so people who send me tells at that time know what's up. -

On the north side of the dam, go north from Freight Lift H (? I think?) and look for a dead tree, there's a tunnel entrance right next to it. Or go to the south side of the dam and drop down into the Arachnos base and head north.

There was one, once, specifically made for the Korean market (text was all in Korean, though it was possible to force it into English). Though it would be really outdated, since it was about I5 or so.
