I'm not sure if it's every zone, but the entrance to DA has been labeled like that for as long as I can remember. -
I usually start her missions at 22 and have no problem wrapping up her arc before 25. Since you specifically said you unlock her and then do the regular contacts, just slide her arc in beforehand.

I'm envisioning something like a Crey mistake or a DE plot. Maybe Crey dumped their latest industrial pollutant into a sludge pool that was accidentally contaminated with nanites. His mutation allows him psychic control of Crey's nanites and they grab the pollutants and send it wherever he wants. Or he can control the DE virus (or fungus or whatever it is) and do the same.

Wait, did prisoners actually get removed? I just checked on my arc (#31975 if anyone else wants to double check) which has prisoners in it, and it loaded up just fine for me...
Can someone else try to start my arc? We might be lucky - it could be an incorrect patch note!

It's hysterical! They leave debris every time they explode! If you do a rikti mission on a large team, you could be knee deep in debris!

Seems they've spruced up the idle animations that a lot of mobs use. I know they've made it so Hellions dance and throw fire, and various council sit on crates and hold weapons.
But, since I15 went live this morning, I saw:
Tsoo practicing (/e kata)
Tsoo meditating (/e yoga with a red glow around their head)
Crey doing research (/e laptop)
What else have you seen in terms of idle emotes that seems to be new? -

Makes sense. There's certainly not room in RI for a modern sized Providence AND Paragon City. I can very easily imagine in a world where, because there are islands off the northeast coast and various other geologic changes due to ancient civilizations and their gods, that the area we call Providence has become Paragon City and Boston is a much smaller town, like Providence is today. -

[/ QUOTE ]Actually, the picture Nev put up is about as good a description as you can get for Lost of your level. The homeless guys in the shot are the Lost Minions, the bug guy with the TV head are the Lieutenants, and the monstrosity on the soapbox is what the bosses look like.
Minions and LTs mostly use pistols, shotguns and the like, with a few of the lieuts packing huge glowing swords. The bosses have a bunch of Psi powers, controls and blasts, so watch yourself if you don't have Break Free's or a mez protection power.
