  2. From what I've heard, it doesn't always award to the mission holder, but instead to only one player on the team.

    Actually, "Rescued and Recovered" really wasn't a good name for that badge. Maybe "Spine Smasher" would have been better.

    Um, creating the game is telling their stories. They are not making a free-form RPG here.

    So the actual root of the problem is your misplaced expectations, not the game or the stories contained within.

    Here is the fact that you are missing -- the game world is theirs, not yours. Your character is a part of their world/universe. If you don't like that, may I suggest that you might want to create your own game?

    This is not really surprising as the developers simply have shared this information with most of the players. The design goal was to give stalkers (and Illusion Controllers) an excuse to stealth while the rest of the league beats stuff up. The inner doors, if opened, kill this strategy as it exposes the stealthed player to attacks due to stealth suppression when clicking glowies.

    Stealthers can get 4 power cells per restock if the inner doors are left alone. As the phase only requires 18 power cells to complete, only the initial gathering and one restock is all that is needed.

    They collect the temps. They can join the group when done, prime the terminals and go back for more, or transfer the power cells to another player. Everyone else should be clearing War Works. If done right, Anti-Matter will not be a factor in the phase.

    When I first found the information, the name was unique. Then they changed the badge name.

    After the first elevator, before the second elevator. I always refer the first level of a map as "first", the second level of a map as "second" and so on. It doesn't matter if the level is above or below ground.

    There have always been multiple limits on base items. Even before this issue, a teleporter wasn't able to be fully used because of that room limit. The fact that the developers created a new version doesn't mean the room limits were changed.

  24. Any suggested changes to the badge organization will be met with developers going "we don't want to break badges."

    The badge database is a house of strings that could collapse with a soft breath.

    The developers are extremely reluctant to mess with the badge system too much.
