You don't PvP much, do ya.

As opposed to wiping all the minions and leaving all lieuts badly hurt in a +2/x8 spawn with just a couple attacks, like Scrappers can? the total damage dealt by powers such as S-Charge, L-Rod and FSC is much, much greater than a hypothetical AS buffed by +300%

Yeah, losing 40% hp means nothing to a Scrapper who can just keep spamming recon and dull pain.
  7. Can't read the fortune of someone who has already had their fortune read.
  8. I know about /hc and /ma, but I tend to avoid the help channel because it's highly dramatic and I can't stand the staggering amount of wrong information which passes for 'help' in there (at least in my server)
  9. Love the Tanker and Mastermind ones

    Yes, and I play one.

Sad thing is even with AS's damage increased by 50%, they still wouldn't be able to kill a PvP Scrapper alone (especially now since Scrappers got Hibernate and Shadow Meld)

    This is true.

As it stands, Stalkers suck at the best thing they do: deal burst single target damage.

They need to increase AS damage by 50% in PvP and by 300% in PvE
  13. Dark Melee does a little more ST damage with saturated SD than Kinetic Melee, while Kinetic Melee has an easier time dealing a little more AoE damage.

It's been adressed, Brutes did get castle'd so that they don't make Scrappers obsolete
  15. Fire/Rad/Mace.

Scorpion Shield + Radiation Infection = effectively softcapped S/L defense
Web Envelope + Enervating Field + Aim + Rain of Fire + Fireball = <3
  16. You can't make any epic ATs in Praetoria, if that's what you're asking.

That right there is the chain that I had planned for a potential KM toon since beta. It's an awesome chain that has very low recharge requirements and puts out more DPS than anything other than FM and DM
  18. So I came up with this build, it actually has decent stats, but it has one glaring, obvious, gaping hole that I'm hoping to patch up with the help of the outstanding Scrapper Forum community.

Can you spot the Unforgivable Slotting?

A few things to take in consideration:
My attack chain of choice is, as shown: Cremate, FS, Incinerate.
I like having (nearly) capped DDR.
The higher the hp/regen, the merrier.
    Cake is better than pie.
  19. Are you seriously nerfherding for Stalkers? do you not have a mother?
  20. Silverado

    Magic Control

Magic is an origin, not a powerset.

Think this might have been overkill? MAYBE?

I'm enjoying the Praetorian missions. I've even enjoyed the bump in difficulty to some degree. But there have been a few missions (especially this one) that I really have to wonder if the Dev Team was on some sort of psychedelic or cold medicine (or both) when they scripted these.

Unfortunately I can't drop the mission.

I guess I'll come back to this when I'm level 30. Ridiculous.
What exactly is so bad about fighting 1 EB that summons decoys which have limited offensive capabilities and die in 1 hit?
