that would work red, if the OP was running win7. he is running vista home premium. if he has the game in full screen and not windows mode then he should be able to hit the windows key and it will bring up his task bar.

could always just use the windows key.

if you notice, some people will get one mission while the others get a different one, but when you finish the first set, it will reverse and you will have the mission they just had and vise versa.

The problem I see with this is balance. Sets of the same type don't follow identical progressions. So making a mixed set even with the rule of one power from each tier would be horrible for balance.
For example a Blaster could easily take 4 or 5 AoE attacks plus one of the crashless nukes and out AoE any other Blaster. Devices gets Targeting Drone instead of Build Up. The idea being the drone boosts your to hit all of the time while Build Up occasionally boosts damage. With this I could take both.
Buff sets are similar. Kinetics is a great set for damage boosting but is weak on mitigation. However a lot of it's damage boost is in fulcrum shift so putting that as the T9 in almost any buff set would greatly increase the damage potential of the set a lot. I could combine several sets to make something horribly OP pretty easily, no set has excellent powers at every tier but for every tier at least one set has an excellent power or two. Even just Traps with Fulcrum shift would be pretty OP.
I could go on but I think you get the point. -
i get what the op is trying to say. and i agree that it would be a nice feature. the only problem i can see is that they would have to deal with redraw issues if you mixed a weapon set with a non weapon set or another weapon set. and i do agree that once a power for a tier is chosen it locks out the other same tier attack. i would limit it to 2 sets to choose from though and not make it available to armor sets or buff/debuff sets.

i can't think of any timed mission that you can not beat. most of them, i believe, involve finding a clue or a glowie which means easy. the only one i can think that you are trying to drop is the 10 min timed one that you have to find 4 glowies. the secret to that mish is to stealth it. it can definately be finished well within the 10 min.
i guess that is a /unsigned from me as it actually forces you to play some of the game rather then skip through it. -
you can break them into waves. all you have to do is change the trigger to send the next group when the first group is defeated. at least the last time i knew it was this way.

Dual blades is not even close to how a real rapier works.
A Sabre MIGHT looks ok in the broadsword set, because thats a bit more slash and hack than the other two weapons (foil and epee) but it's still a slightly botched job.

well, if you want a rapier, then use dual blades. use a rapier in one hand and a main droite in the other. or get the ninja pack and use the chinese jian in the broad sword set. other than that, i would just ask if they could put a rapier style sword ( although it would be a thicker blade ) in broadsword.

best idea is to ask on your servers forum if anyone else is experiencing this problem. 98% of the time it is something with your end though so it may take so more posting of coh helper and hijckthis to figure it out.

Because of the tanks inherent taunt ability, a tank gets hit with everything thrown at it. Its not all damage, it is quite often a debuff attack. Sometimes that debuff makes him miss more of his attacks. Thats why the power taunt is important. When you are accuracy debuffed and your punches dont land you can still hold the bad guys attention. The power taunt is autohit in most instances against PvE opponents. Except for AVs. A taunt can miss an AV. The reason you can slot acc in your taunt is to make you more effective against AVs and in PvP taunt is not autohit.

yes you can still drop them in arena matches. and they are on a 10 min timer.
as far as anyone i know knows, if they can be in zone, you can get a drop.
the best place to ask is in the PvP forums. or pm a red name to find out. -

the devs do not want it and have stated that we are lucky we get to keep 10 of them.

make sure the video card fan is spinning. and make sure to check it when the problem happens also.
