Depends. Might go for 1st respec tomorrow night, depending on interest.

Run more! As I said, 1st respec is a guarantee after tonite. And then Manticore and Katie after the next. Will likely be missing a good part of next weeks session due to work.

Tonite: Meeting 7.6

The Plan: Continue on with 30-35 contacts, Croatoa.
Figure on a 1st respec before next session.

For those unfamiliar with the group, Isolators was started shortly after badges were introduced to the game. This was in the dark, dreary times before global chat, global tells, or even coalition chat. Back then, the only way to find a person from the forums was by chance or pre-arranged meeting.
The Isolators project was started so the people who post here in Victory could actually meet and play together, so that you could have some fun with the people you chat with online. Everyone made a new character for this new group. This is an once a week supergroup that plays every 8 pm Wednesdays.
When the vast majority of the group hits 50, we start a new run of the group, switching between CoH and CoV between runs.
You don't have to be an active forum poster to join, through it's encouraged. At the very least, be a member of the community; run missions, join in advertised task forces, etc.
If you're interested in joining up this run, please feel free to post interest here. Everyone is welcome.
A few notes:
Everyone is not welcome.
This is an once a week sg. If the group ends up at level 20 at the end of the night, please don't show up next week at level 25.
If you're a few levels behind due to playing less, don't sweat it, but try to catch up on your own or with a task force if you can.
We play 8 pm eastern on Wednesdays.

Still have Dead Space and Assassins Creed to play through; bought AC when it was 5 bucks on Steam last week. Still playing Counter-Strike Source heavily.
Oh, and Sweet Jesus:
This fall the 3rd S.T.A.L.K.E.R. game is due out.

So I wanted to kick you from a TF, so what is new?

That's because you're an anti-social emo who's afraid of meeting new people.
The guy off broadcast was a bit... Off to start with. Not really sure what to make of him.

Maye two dozen deaths, took around three hours forty minutes.
Started with eight, finished with six. Slot eight went to a putz off broadcast, who quit the TF 26 or so minutes into it. Said "I'm not feeling this" and quit. Shame, as five people asked if they could join/have we started in the first ten minutes that we were running. Another "had to go afk for 10-20 minutes," ended up having to kick him after a hour.

Also, you can get S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl (best fps, ever!) off steam right now for 5 bucks even.

Dragon Age Origins is out in a week, Mass Effect 2 out in two months.

Woof.
Annoyed/confused that the topic didn't change when I edited the first post.

My Iso's 5 ill/ff controller doesn't have the two buff shields.

Don't really see pistols for sniping. Not like all blaster sets have a snipe.

Team Hamster ran random 30-35 missions, working on phone call level and arcs. Went from 31-33. Most of the evening was my controller, three defenders, and a scrapper/blaster or two.
Next week, will likely do a round of safeguards for the exploration then go back into story arcs.
Target level appears to be 33.

My only problem with only one power on auto:
Super Reflex with hasten.
Now, generally I only have one power I want on auto anyways so this is a moot point. But freaking Practiced Brawler AND hasten? Bah.
Hate practiced brawler because of this. Wish they'd change it to an inherent or even a toggle.

Form a lot of teams, not afraid of using Search to check on unteamed people. With supersidekicking, that's greatly expanded the number of people you can "safely" contact to join the team (ie, not having to worry about sk / exemp spots).
Unfortunately, that also means that almost the entire server is now eligible to join, so I either use zone or origin (depending on my mood) to narrow the searches down to 50 people or less per search (/search will only display a max of 50 people at a time).
At least on Victory, Magic is by far the most common origin, usually to the point of 33-50% of the server pop.
Myself, I always go tech or natural for maximum Nemesis staff damage.

Maybe have him summon reinforcements, like the end AV in Ice Mistral. Toss in a few EB PP's in the waves.

Wish they'd just merge the markets.
If GR makes things too big of a pain in the rear to actually play, what's the point? Really hope they keep this in mind when making it.

Will have to see what contacts they're allowed to use. Can they o-zone in the opposite side? Start TF's? Enter bases? Going to have to see how big of pain in the rear this is. Hope they don't make it overly convoluted.

Used to be worse, back in the day.
Level 50 ToT'ing, lowbies getting killed coming OUT of missions.
