Quote:Just finished it. End mission of Augustine TF only has... What, five spawns of CoT? Only three of the team was locked out. Heroes still got the TF badge/merits (there's a fedex after the last door mission that is technically the last mission). It's probably not as common for opposite factions to host TF/SFs (many people still think you can't), and even less common for them to be on the "wrong side" when calling in to the contact... and even less common for the mission to actually pop up in the "wrong place" because of it. haha
Probably not for the Heroes.. or the people that wanted to finally finish the TF! haha
You didn't mention.. did a GM fix it for you? When it happened to me, we were only a mission or two in, so we just restarted instead of /petition-ing. I did /bug it anyway though, and got the standard "Thank You... We will forward your comments to the Development Team for consideration."

Damn, was hoping I was original. First time I've heard of this happening. Was a bit hilarious.

Task Force; Justine "the Jerk" Augustine
Team; five rogues, three heroes
Team Leader; myself, on a rogue
The second to last door mission is in Dark Astoria; the last door mission is in the Chantry, fixed on the south side of the death star there. So as I short cut, I o-zone (to red side o-zone) and call in to Augustine, with the intention of then going to CaP to use Vanguard base as a short cut to PI.
And this is what happened:
Inside o-zone. The red side o-zone. Heroes couldn't enter, obviously.
Going to try to see if I can break other TF's with the same method. :0

Well, at long last, all 26 of my level 50's are uncommoned.
Having thoughts on the future; long long till next alphas are unlocked, what the costs will be, etc. Would like some official confirmation (and not just one old chart) on what the crafting requirements are, have fears still of creating unnecessary components.

I just hope that someone crashes so Vodoo can get in the zone.

Eh, on your own time generally. Going to do all the post-50 past forces once I hit 50 myself.

Oh, another favorite:
In between waves during a blue side respec, I'll type "Trust test" in team chat then use the vet team teleport power to send as many of them as I can underneath the reactor (there's a gap between the reactor and the flooring around it).

Quote:I like to draw the Rikti into the goo, mainly because it's hilarious. But if you think your team may have problems, it's also a good way to clear mitos. The Rikti can usually clear out a few on their own, they give you some cover, and the mitos don't seem to heal their damage. For the Hami mission, is it better to deal with the mitos first before taking down the pylons? There is a guide that suggests that there are advantages to leave the pylons there till all the mitos are dealt with. However, I've been on teams that get rid of all the Riktis and pylons first before going after the mitos, and it seems ok as well.
But the Rikti might also have purples and incarnate shards on them, so it's best to just take them out yourselves. -

You're exemping to 44, so you'll only get any set bonuses that come at 47.

Quote:That theory doesn't really make sense, though. Blind inviters will still blind invite, just a little more slowly.I am also not pleased with this change, I do understand if this is to keep from getting a ton of blind invites, but I agree...fixed something that was not broken!

That can be annoying, if you try to invite someone just as they're zoning... Wish that zoning wouldn't kill an invite window.
