Quote:I'm up for it.Lesser banes who die do not deserve top shelf rewards. You were no better than Shamster!
Got 6 shards in the LGTF....and then 8 in the treespec. And that one was all of 30 min of blazing through everything on the maps. So random.
Thinking of Faathim next week. Haven't done it in awhile; would bring a troller or MM. Would there be interest in a non-component TF that would probably take 2 hours though? -

Or play in the lobby if the connection in the room sucks.

Quote:Isn't that what I put in the title? Do you I need to draw you a map? Maybe photoshop some diagrams? Explain the joke to you word by word? Should I hold your hand while I do it?Still no explanation as to what the title is supposed to mean? Do they hate teaming with him because he's constantly typing instead of face-rolling enemies? What?
You might as well have titled the post "Samuel Tow gives me purples, thank you Samuel Tow"

Samuel Tow generally is negative towards teaming on the forums. A lot. With lots of words. And he keeps giving me his purple recipe drops when on large teams that I run.
That's about the end of the joke there.

But 1/8 of the team usually enjoys it because he gives them his purple recipes.

Quote:Wait, why NOT do hacker? Just to get rid of the ambush if nothing else.Any interest in Round 2: Revenge of the Cheated?
Thinking same time this coming Friday (21st). Slightly different approach (Hacker will not be on the table), but bring the same toys. The more debuff we have, the higher the chances of success, and flying is still encouraged. -

Quote:I've been debating shards... Generally I've always like to play something random, but now I have this temptation/fear/uneasiness about the future to pick whichever character has the least shards.Glee still isn't back, so... IN... with something that needs shards.

Ten minutes shy of the raid, finished up my Malta mission and was about to switch over and BAM. Chain mission! Outdoor! Last in Crimson's arc, defeat all, with the second Kronos. Can't abandon it, so I had to clear it on principle.
Ended up forming an Apex with all the people trying to get into the Hive/hoping for someone to DC so they could get in. Got the 2nd most useless purple though, so it wasn't a total wash (and it went for a lot more then I expected).

Quote:Don't think anyone tried; doubt it would work anyways, due to zone restrictions and all.I was wondering too and asked above as well, but it seems nobody on the team tried it.
On a side note, I want to point out that besides being able to get to the mission, Heroes would gain no benefit to being able to zone into the Villain Ouro anyway. Even if they tried zoning to one of the Villain zones, it would boot them back to Atlas Park. Also, clicking on a "pillar of ice and flame"... there is no such thing as a "Hero pillar" or a "Villain pillar". It would bring up the mission listing of your own faction, regardless if you are clicking on it on Hero or Vilainside, or even in an SG base.

And yet I'm the "***** of the server" ??
GM's never responded to me when I sent back logs showing much worse language on their part.

My current pet peeves:
The god damned invite cool down timer they put in with I19.
People who ask for invites when they're not inevitable.
Pug stalkers.
People who think they're in charge of the team due to their AT/power set.
Pure healers. -
-
Quote:And kinetic melee and elec control and etc.Guess I didn't think of the new powersets for why those would have been started the most in Praetoria, heh. Maybe because it seems like the Demon and Dual Pistol fad was from all the pre-order people. But that's probably just my own anecdotal experience.
Would be curious to what percent of the population is going blue/red on leaving Pretoria. I know blue side is winning that contest, but by how much? -
Loyalist vs. resistance just doesn't matter, unlike hero vs. villain. Top five Praetorian archtypes isn't surprising, given the new power sets released. I am surprised that there's still that many pure villains, though as expected more villains went rogue then heroes went vig (percent of the resident population first).

Can't stress enough... For known difficult TF's, PLEASE have shivans on hand. They're easy to get and can be a big help Even more so when the whole team has them and you have a bad time in an end encounter like that.
