90% of what Arcana says is pure BSing. Then the devs change the game to make her right.

If you spent more (any?) time redside, you might be familiar with an OLD CoV in-joke. It's a very common piece of graffiti all over the low-level zones.

That said, I've had to log out and back in to get my points and reward tokens updated after purchasing them. I've never had to log out to get an item I bought in the store to apply.

Also note that the last power in non-travel pools has been dropped to 14 (but still requires two prerequisites), So if you took Boxing and Kick at 4 and 6, you could take Weave at 14, rather than waiting for 20.

Your new version is installing to a different location than the old version. When installation completes, the option to open Mids' brings up the copy that just installed. However, whatever shortcut you're using to launch it afterwards is pointing to the old location.

    All purchases should be instant.

    SuperJump

We have that already. It's called Leap Attack.

As far as Every. Single. Jump. ending with the "Iron Man" style kneeling fist to the ground, no thanks.

    This.

Some of us are happy with this game, and have therefore never felt the need to check out other games. Even those of us who have, haven't necessarily checked out EVERY other game on the market. Saying "Do it like that other game" is meaningless to people who have never played it.
  11. I don't think they could start adding effects like that, even as minor as what you're suggesting, without having to seriously consider the autohit and no-end-cost nature of taunts. I wouldn't complain about seeing such things, but not if I suddenly needed to start slotting Acc and EndRed in my Taunt.

There is no way to unlock standard auras at character creation unless you have purchased the unlock (The Astral Merit unlock isn't available until after character creation), so no, you're not missing anything there.

Either you *did* unlock the auras and forgot, or it's a bug. You're supposed to be sent an email every time you spend points. I recommend you check your inbox and see if you can find anything there, maybe you accidentally purchased it while thinking you were buying something else?

(they can be effected by BOOSTER purchases just like any other right? (i don't honestly know, have not bought BOOSTERS)
Enhancement Boosters only affect IOs. Hami-Os are not IOs.

Enhancements can only be slotted if they are +/- 3 levels or less to yourself. That means Hami-Os cap at +3, just like SOs. IOs can go to +5 because Enhancement Boosters make the IO function as if it were higher level, but don't actually change its level. Therefore, a 50+5 IO would still be level 50, and could be slotted by any character level 47+ (Assuming the IO isn't purple).

The right place to look would be under "Search".

That's not so simple as it may seem, if you consider that one of the Reward Levels includes Auction House access as a Premium. In fact, you can buy Auction House access off the store too.

If someone chooses to go Premium for some amount of time, but still be actively playing the game, they may well have reason to leave stuff on the market, though likely not for the lengths of time that used to trigger the removal of items.
  17. I'm not really concerned about attack chains. This is a tank, so I'm not worried about max DPS, I'm worried about pissing everyone off, and surviving it. Since that's my heal button, I want it up whenever I need it, and I want the biggest heal I can get out of it. And since it's one of my harder hitting attacks, I don't want to skimp on that either.

    Thanks for all the help!
  20. You don't. One of the many things that the ESC key does is /em none, and another is to unqueue the currently queued power. Either one of these will put away your weapon.

You cannot rebind ESC, so if you want to use it for something (like untargeting an enemy), your best bet is to bind that single command to a different key.
  21. When I train up to level 21, the GR Preorder Enhancements stop having a chance to proc. I can't remember what the popup said before, but now, when I finish training to 21, I get a big "ENHANCEMENT AWARDED!" popup across my screen. That's pretty much the opposite of what's actually happening, so maybe that should be changed?
  22. I'm not arguing either side, and I'm personally fine with the way things are now. But:

That distinction was completely and totally irrelevant at the time; since there was only one way to play the game, and no mention of the upcoming Freedom model, they were effectively one and the same. People had about a year to get used to GR = Incarnates, No GR = No Incarnates before the change. That's where the disconnect arises from.

Nope. They're all 30. Purples have a 20-25 spread, but PVPs are all the same price.
