That's because at +0 you're defeating enemies far quicker than you do even at +1. You're getting the same number of drops/kill as you do at +1 or even +4, but you're getting more kills/hour, which equates to more drops/hour.

I have a set of "Standard Binds" that I automatically load on all new characters. If I were to add the following bind to it:
Code:Would it activate whichever alignment power the character has, and ignore the rest, or would it get confused?/bind button5 "powexecname call to justice$$powexecname fear incarnate$$powexecname frenzy$$powexecname duplicity"
Also, is there some way I can modify it so that "Frenzy" always refers to the Alignment Power, and not the Crab Spider power? -
In that case, yes, because one is drawing on the 25-29 pool, and the other on the 30-34 pool. However, a level 50 farming level 50s vs 54s is going to draw on the same pools with the same odds of getting the same things from each defeat, because in both cases, it will be the 45-50 pool.

Drop rates are the same, regardless of level of the mob. It's slower to kill a +1 than a +0. Therefore, the higher level enemies you fight, the worse your drops are.
Underlings drop nothing, except occasional inspirations.
Lieutenants drop more frequently than minions.
Bosses drop more frequently than Lts, and have a small chance to drop a merit roll recipe.
EBs have the same drops (I think) as Bosses.
AVs have the same drops as EBs, plus they drop a guaranteed same-origin SO enhancement. -
Without GR you can get tips, but not morality missions. Without morality missions, you can't earn Alignment Merits.
Without GR you can't enter the Loyalty Lounges. If you can't enter the LLs, you can neither convert nor spend Alignment Merits.
TL; DR: No. -
Probably the biggest difference that you will see is that the brute survives a little better just because it has higher hit points.
I don't think there's anything AT-specific that makes either of those powersets better for one or the other. -
You can't change the color of the flames on the rocket boots.
If the person was using the Paragon Police Departmend Hardsuit temp power, then they would have had jets while flying, and I think they would be red. If this were the case, there are no costume pieces at all; it's a "shapeshift" power, that replaces your model with that of a NPC. Short of getting the code, or waiting for the 14-day Halloween version, you can't get it yourself. -
Quote:Stuff that can't be sold does't show up on the vendor interface. This trips up so many people. They should really resort the left-side of the store interface so the un-saleable stuff are shifted to the bottom.
Though Inspirations are pretty limited in where you can sell them. -
When I went to Gamestop.ca to preorder, it wasn't available, so I put mine in through Gamestop.com. I am SO glad that I spent the extra couple bucks on international shipping instead of cancelling the preorder and redoing it with the Canadian branch.

You'll be in Praetoria until level 20. Only after you've left Praetoria can you join or create a Super Group.

Training in Imperial City with Nightstar, I just got this message in the window:
Quote:Maybe this text should be removed, since that's not how it works any more, and you CAN'T right click a player and select the Sidekick option anyways?Great news! Your prowess allows you to mentor a younger player and make him your Sidekick. In order to do this, right click on a player of a lower level than you and select the Sidekick option. The other player, as a Sidekick, now performs at level closer to your own. There are a couple of limitations, however. A Sidekick must be at least three levels below a Mentor. If the Sidekick gets any closer, the relationship dissolves. Either the Mentor or the Sidekick can end the partnership at any time. The Sidekick immediately behaves at his own level. All younger Praetorians should value the expertise more seasoned Praetorians can offer. -

I see no EU version on the NA page either. I suspect that, since these are used to upgrade accounts only, not to create them, they may work on any account, NA or EU.
Before you go spending money based on my guess, I suggest sending a PM to theOcho and seeing what he has to say. -
You can also just type /leaveteam (if you're solo) to exit the mission.

"Queue" means a file or line of people or items to be processed sequentially, or the act of putting things into a queue.
"Cue" means a signal or stimulus that triggers an action, or the act of triggering an action via a cue.
While most uses of "cue" on the forums of late are in reference to the queue system, and are misused, Hyperstrike most definitely did use the right spelling of the right version of the word. -
Quote:Not quite. There's only two alignments as far as Supergroups are concerned. Vigilantes are still Heroes, and Rogues are still Villains. Your example would remain an active member. If they went all the way to villain, then they'd be locked out, and lose the red star if they had it.When a character changes alignment away from the alignment of the SG (like if a Hero in a Hero SG becomes a Vigilante) that character is flagged as an "inactive" and loses the Super Leader red star if they had it.
In the case of a one person SG, if you switch over all the way, you lose the red star and the SG has no Super Leader. Once you switch back, you get promoted back up. -
I've read a few reports of clerks not issuing the codes without being reminded. If the code isn't on the receipt, go back to the store with the original receipt and explain what happened. Hopefully, they'll be willing to fix it.

Quote:And if your second build ISN'T level 1.... The Alpha Slot came with a third build. If it keeps that when it's reimplemented, you can use it to get them. Of course, at that point, they're probably not very useful. If your character is above level 10 you can claim the GROs by switching to the second build and then logging out and back in if it's still at level 1.
Something I've been wondering since these were announced: Does the proc effect come back if you're over 20, and exemplar to 20 or lower? -
Considering that we can trade cross-faction now, it really doesn't matter what side it's on.

Without GR, you cannot get a Morality Mission drop. You can continue doing up to 5 Tips per day per character, and the meters will not be lost. Since you can't do Morality Missions, you can't reinforce your alignment, and therefore cannot earn Alignment Powers or Alignment Merits.
You will be able to use up that progress once you apply your GR code. -
I've already closed the window that I keep my global channels in, and it's staying that way for a few days, because they're all nothing but "How do I switch sides?" and "How do I get into Praetoria?"

No. All digital versions of the game and all its expansions and boosters are sold through PlayNC. Except that store that handles the South American customers - I can never remember its name.
The closest you're gonna find is someone who's willing to buy a boxed set and email you the code from in it. And I wouldn't trust that kind of service at all. -
According to the patch notes, there's a "Syndicate" costume set. I can't find it in the Costume Sets dropdown (I found all the others), and I can't find any individual pieces except the "Dragon" skin for the Baron jacket.
Can anyone help me find the pieces for this set? -
The Test server uses the same account information as Live, except when they make special exceptions for things like testing booster packs. Once everything goes back to normal, you'll only have GR access on Test if you really have GR.
And if the Beta server is merged with Test (it probably won't be), it would become a normal Test server.
