Trapdoor is difficult? Really?
I solo'd him on my Ill/Emp. What difficulty were you running on, JAnlee?
I would expect my Defender to have a tougher time, but she just doesn't pump out the damage, so it will be a long, drawn-out affair. Holtz shouldn't prove too difficult on her, but the Weakened Honoree... ugh. -
Huh, odd. My character was so powerful that I found the echos to be beneath my notice, much less to waste my time pounding them into the platform.

The game does not create a 'sound' folder.
When a user creates their own as described in the How to silence specific game sounds thread, those sound files will take precedence over the in-game sounds.

There was a website that had a big list of the names used for sounds, but it appears to have been taken down.
Zombie Man compiled a list of the sound file names and their folders here. As far as I know, this is not a complete list, but ones that were mentioned in the thread to date. -

First things first. People with the knowledge to help you are going to ask for you to run CoH Helper and then to copy and paste the log report in here. That will give them the info on your system, as well as game setting.
Hopefully the problem can get resolves quickly.

I've always had really good luck with the Mods and with Customer Service. Though I doubt CS ventures onto the forums, it's good to hear people giving them kudos.
I PM'd my story to TheOcho (still just Moderator 08 at the time) to pass on my praise to the appropriate department, because I know when you're working in the field it's good to hear those words form the people you've helped. -

I solo'd Holtz and the Weakened Honoree on my Illusion/Emp Controller and she doesn't have a single complete set slotted and has a handful of Procs. It took a couple of rez's while tackling Holtz, and again with Honoree. A little frustrating at first, but this wasn't meant to be a simple task. Take it to -1/x1 if you need to, but I don't think this mission needs to be changed in the least.
As for the portals? If you can, get a hold of some
if you can, confused portals will spawn confused Rikti and they will attack each other and the portals.
Also, if you have access to an SG, make judicious use of the Empowerment Station. -

Note that's not open missions but open Arcs. Check how many active contacts have books next to their name. There is a limit of 5 major arcs. Also, if your character has changed alignments I believe open arcs on the other side also count so may cause trouble.

They were in RV. Is this the same zone you and your buddy were in?

I think it depends on what kind of hero/villain costumes you want to sew and the types of material, as well as the kind of functions you want.
I personally do not sew, but my best friends mother is a textiles rep, so I can ask her what she thinks, the above info would be helpful.

Besides, 'Dark Hunter' is likely a name that would be coveted. It's simple and has a very comic book feel to it.
They may or may not offer free server transfers during the holiday, I don't use it much, but I hope it becomes a holiday standard. If you can wait that long, I'd suggest DarkGob's idea above. Don't forget to go to the tailor and save your costume(s) and powers, it makes for an easier and quicker recreation. -

Didn't Paragon Studios/NCsoft, during one of the recent promotions add a 'Buy Now' button to the Login Screen that basically bypassed the stores IP restrictions?
I think it was the GR Pre-Purchase... maybe... -

From what I recall from complaints I've seen over the years, the GM's are strictly hands off. If you don't use your security permissions then the person that removed everything has done nothing wrong.
The GM's here will also not intervene, as the character was invited to the SG, and therefore had permission to access what's in it.
Rank Restricted Access was added to storage for a reason, people should get to using it. Or not blindly invite everyone to an SG. -

I could be wrong though. If it was like previous promotions of this type, if you had a lot of game time you cancelled your current type of subscription, selected the new offer, then you'd pay when your current amount of time expired.
And considering this statement in the original announcement...
