I just wanted to post this.

I want to thank the Customer support for NC soft and everyone there.

I had a weird issue with my account that they quickly found....and then fixed.


This experience showed me that i should make sure people know if they have issues how they can get the problem fixed fast

If anyone has an issue with their account....the support will ask for your original game 20 digit codes you used to get into the game.

They will ask for each game you have on your account.....they have records that date back to when the account began and they will see it for example if you tell them about how you played some other games that no longer exist.(they dont really care too much about those games though...Auto Assault and Tabula Rasa are dead to them now)

Again i just wanted to thank all the support people and make sure to get this information out....so that if others have issues...like you cant seam to wade around the NC soft Qa stuff and find the numbers to call them for example.
The number is : 1-512-225-6359 for NC soft support which has hours of 12pm to 5pm central time...if you need a differing department thats not on their phone menu...just pick support(1) and tell them where you want to be transfered to...or they will give you the number.

I realized after not being able to access my account how limited the information i was able to get was....but i could still view the forums though....

so maybe some red name could sticky a special thread with the information on it that might be helpful....for future reference.

I've always had really good luck with the Mods and with Customer Service. Though I doubt CS ventures onto the forums, it's good to hear people giving them kudos.

I PM'd my story to TheOcho (still just Moderator 08 at the time) to pass on my praise to the appropriate department, because I know when you're working in the field it's good to hear those words form the people you've helped.

I'd like to say my experience has been the same, but it hasn't. I'm still waiting for my main account to be unblocked, which has all the toons I want to play i19 with. The problem with the 20 digit code (which is not all they ask for), is that if you no longer have the CD sleeve or email (because you use your NCSoft login to see that information) then you're in a bad spot. Despite having given all the codes for all the booster packs and other game perks that I still have emails for, giving the original address, giving current credit card info and current address information, I'm still being asked to prove who I am.



I get the feeling NCSoft is under-prepared for doing large group blocks AND for unblocking them quickly. I've been blocked for 3 days now.
