Faultline.
Some if not most do keep a secret ID or at the very least don't go "I'm So & So"
Faultline would be the proof of that. -
You cannot, as far as I know, copy macros, only binds.
-
Should be earnable, as far as I know - the progress bar might auto-hide for heroes/vigilantes though. Try hitting up Technofreak - it's all in Cap

Just so you know - now for Incarnate trials, you just need to be VIP - the sub includes everything you need.
In fact, you MUST be VIP for incarnate trials.
And it's "Rogue".
Rouge leads to

Still, it won't hurt to ask. Especially with his actions.
Contacting Customer Service is worth a shot. -
To the OP : If you right click on a power icon and choose "Info" it will show an info box (also you can click on a link, or check the power out at either paragonwiki.com or City of Data at Red Tomax, linked to in both the wiki and cohtitan.com). Under the Details tab, it will list info - in the middle section it will list attack tag.
Here is Fireball for example :

Quote:Toxic is?By an UNTYPED attack you mean an attack that has no defense tags, yes? Currently there is no defense tag called Untyped. There is base defense, which defends against all attacks requiring a tohit roll regardless of their defense tags, but as far as i know only Personal Force Field and the veteran buff pets give base defense. Toxic defense is in the game engine, but no defenses currently in game grant toxic defense.
It's also worth noting that the damage type(s) of an attack has no direct connection to the defense tags it has. That's at the whim of the attack's designer. Singularity's attacks do smashing damage, but have no defense tags at all.
It's in as a damage type, yes (and thus resistance) but last I heard they didn't want to deal with adding it in as an attack vector because it would be a lot of work. -
Quote:Don't know if the toggle would play nice, but they could have the power grant two clicks - one to drop the bomb, the other to trigger it.How about this; when you use it the power button turns into a running toggle. When you click the toggle off the bomb detonates. Change the name to Remote Detonator or some such.
They could even have it allow you to drop multiples if they want. -
Quote:To be fair - the people who wanted development of DA are not necessarily the ones wanting a solo/small team incarnate path.Leave it to people on this board to complain about a zone that has never had content finally getting that long asked for content—and the highly requested solo Incarnate content at that. The devs can never seem to win anywhere.
The developers are getting a two birds, one stone deal here, and some would rather the devs would not be so stingy with their stones. -
Quote:So like I thought - they tax the card as the card itself doesn't have an actual "dollar amount" but rather is for a service or product. The only game cards I have bought for myself are from another company, and they're $15 for 1500 points. I pay the $15 plus tax then get the 1500 points or a month of game play ($15 subscription fee). So all I pay is less than a dollar in tax that I wouldn't have had to if I just put it on the credit card.
I would hope Paragon Point cards would work the same (or similar) way. -
Rikti Drones
Knives of Artemis
Rularuu Eyeballs
These enemies all ignore stealth. No amount of stealth will alter their perception range. -Perception powers (Smoke, Flash Arrow) will.
I thought hide was good enough to sneak by Sniper class enmies as is - they, unlike the above, simply have a longer perception range. So Stealth effects do work vs them. -
How do the time cards work? Are they charged tax on purchase? Those cards don't give you money to use towards sub time, they are simply worth X days of sub. I'd guess points cards work similar - a points card would not be for $x USD, but rather be worth X PP.

Note in this game, Respecs start you over AFTER primary/secondary power selection.
To access secondary builds (or specs) when you go to the trainer choose "Rename or select an alternate build" -
Quote:Actually in this case damage type has nothing to do with it.I believe this is due to how environmental damage works in game.
I vaguely recall seeing my PA take falling damage on occasion... but I could be misremembering. That said PA can also be harmed by hamidon so the damage type also plays a role.
Hamidon has one or more attacks simply coded to ignore phasing - including that used by Phantom Army -

When you go into a server you will notice a listing for how many global slots you have (the 6 in this case) and how many server specific slots you have. When you go VIP all characters are relocked but then you are given12+ server slots per server to unlock with

Quote:Not true as gold comes in two flavors - normal and alchemicalHahahaha.
Also... To the OP, you might want to learn how to play the game before you start thinking about farming it. SS does not conflict with Fiery Aura. And there is no gold in this game. None!
However as far as currency goes it is call "Inf" here. Heroes have influence, Villians infamy, and Preatorians information.
You say you are a free player - somim guessing you are using training/dual/single origin enhancements. These can combine when they are the same and will make one of a level higher than the highest level enhancement used in the combine. One trick to save money somewhat is don't replace your enhancements at the X2 and X7 levels but rather at X3 and X8 so they combine and his last you a little longer.
Also, paragraphs make you easier to understand - try and remember to break up your text some and you generally will get more people. -
Usually you only encounter other Shivan hunters in bloody bay.

Thy have prototype hyposprays now, IIRC.

The backup radio is pretty respectable pet.

Doesn't sound like the normal ATI issue, but what video"card" does your laptop have?
And what version drivers does it currently have?
Also, the more tech savey tend to congregate in the "Gameplay And Technical Issues" forum in the development section - that is an All Access Player helping Player (mostly) forum more for these kinds of issues. If you do end up asking there, do link to this thread so they can see what has already been proposed/done.
Wish you luck! -
Quote:But I do second the above response about /chatsave and /chatload.By the way, Gob, I think that my computer may be conspiring against me this evening. When I returned to this thread, your initial posts and Organica's second post were not displaying for me.
I now understand why you felt like chopped liver- I'm sure that your solution was just as viable as reloading the configuration from another character as Roderick suggested.
I hereby spread my gratitude out equally amongst all responders!
To go with it, I also recommend that you use /wdwsave on the character you /chatsave on, so you can also use /wdwload to make sure all the tabs end up in the same place.
Also good if anything happens to mess up our chat windows. Such as using a different resolution screen or something - note these commands save to/load from files stored on the computer, so switching computers will leave you without the files. -
Quote:Probably the thing that annoyed me the most about XP was the wizards I could never find the off switch for that kept offering to "clean up my desktop" :/Initially Windows 7 kept trying to do all sorts of things for me and "organize" things that didn't need organizing and prompt for things that didn't need prompting. i don't recall all the changes i made at this point, but it was several hours of looking up ways to change settings and disable unnecessary cruft. Now it works just fine for me. Does what i want it to do and doesn't do the things i don't want it to do. Mostly. There are occasional exceptions that crop up.
By the way, set up another account for my mom to use on my computer a while back, and it won't let her delete desktop shortcuts to my games because of "insufficient" permission - is there a way around that, (I've set UAC to never notify) or is it a permanent feature of "User Access Censorship"?
