Vigilante and Villain History Badges

Should be earnable, as far as I know - the progress bar might auto-hide for heroes/vigilantes though. Try hitting up Technofreak - it's all in Cap

Hero history progress bars do not show for Rogues/Villains.

I just tried this to check - with a vigilante character, I went to the Lorekeeper plaques. I got a progress bar, and the badge awarded when I got all 4.
Which history badges are you not getting a bar for?

Maybe it's the Pirate history badge (Swashbuckler) that doesn't give a progress bar. Since prior to Going Rogue, you could get 2 of the plaques - the ones in Siren's Call and Bloody Bay - as a hero, but not the rest. So it makes sense for the progress bar to be hidden, even though progress is still counted.

I was just now able to earn Arachnos Rising on a vigilante, although I did not get a progress bar while working on it.

Can I obtain these as a Vigilante? I notice that I do not get a progress bar on them.
