Can't you just set PA to "Original"?
I know a number of powers don't have player-obtainable coloring if you are using Power customization. -

yeah, Catalyst 11.9 runs the 8.892.0.0 driver. Yours definitely seems a little out of date.

Sounds familiar - I recommend you try the "ALL ACCESS : Gameplay and Technical Issues" forum as I cannot recall the exact issue.

They gain access to all the Going Rogue powersets - this is Kinetic melee, Electric Control, Demon Summoning, and Dual Pistols.
And you seem to be confusing Ascension (Incarnate outfit) with Celestial (T9 VIP outfit) -
While the queue requires all teammates be on the same instance, in my experience it doesn't care about league-mates.
So team one could be in RWZ and team 2 in Pocket D, and it will let them queue as a single league. -
I see responsibility as people trying to reform the system from within.

There's been four instances that I can think of where the Handle rename has been reset to "available" - twice with the second time no later than i11, there were issues with the global chat server, and then when the chat servers merged and then with Freedom.

But since the private message was posted, and the Red Name didn't post the message in public, that quoted message may OR MAY NOT be a copy original and correct.
Further, the information between the two parties, being a private conversation, may convey information that was not meant to be publicly disseminated, for whatever reason.

Check the Tech forum, but you might have problems with th emost recent ATI/AMD drivers. Last "Plays nice with City/OpenGL" driver as I recall was Cat 11.9
