They already have the next costume set that'll "replace" Celestial Armor out on the Beta server now. Thing is it looks like they are toying with the idea of just adding 3 new slots next to the Celestial Armor ones so it's not all together certain yet if the new set will strictly replace Celestial Armor or not.
As for a "Tier 10" I doubt that's going to happen anytime soon if ever.

The plan is to release a new Tier 9 set every few months, rotating out old sets as new ones become available (with a little overlap). The next set is "Fire and Ice." Right now the top tier on Beta has both sets available. Supposedly when a third set is released, that's when Celestial will go away.
And there's always those repeatable Tier 9 rewards.
FUN FACT: That burst of light when you level up is actually the effectiveness escaping from your enhancements all at once.

The 'extra' tokens you get were likely intended to be used for the T9-VIP slots at first and then they realized that they should have something consumable, hense the normal T9 slots that you can buy over and over again.

OK, so I filled my last Tier 9 slot and now I have an extra Reward Token.
Has anyone heard any rumblings of what's next? Will there be a Tier 10?
I know they said Celestial Armor was a limited time only deal, so does that mean at some point they will remove it from the upper tier, clearing those three slots in the process, and offer something new that you need to plug your tokens into?
