    Comments about SS/stealth for drain tactics sound outdated to me Phil, have you played this tactic since the last 3 million changes? you can't one shot end, you can't really stealth that well any more (i never actually played this way, I was more blunt )

    Just tested this against lvl 51 freaks, I powerboosted then superspeeded into a mob of 3 short circuited although it didnt completely drain their end they very rarely got an attack off (it may be different against freaks as their end runs out just attacking though )

    You'll need stamina asap and the trademark of an elec/energy is the short circuit - power boost combo combined with stealth or superspeed PvE can become very easy

    Apart from that if you take most of your primary and secondary you cant go wrong really from a pve perspective.

    Aid self is also awesome when combined with power boost but its a tight build so you'll have to make some hard choices especially if you intend to pvp.

  19. Looks solid enough mate but theres a few points you may want to consider:
    <ul type="square">[*]As an invul you need taunt at lvl 10 (because of the lack of a taunt aura until 18), possibly ahead of energy punch and you wont have the end to have a full attack chain before stamina due to temp invul's really high end cost. [*]I've always thought it was worth 3 slotting resistance in unyielding 15% up from 10% against fire/cold/energy/negative[*]Maybe swap resist elements and build up as most of the fire/cold damage is pre 30 anyway (just my opinion seems a shame to have two of the most damaging moves in the tanker secondaries and not have build up, could even respec out energy punch completly and take resist elements at 22).[*] Have you considered the medicine pool? slotted 3 heal 2 interupt and 1 recharge means you can use it in between DoT and its a 40% heal every 15 seconds (not worth it though if you cant spare the slots).[/list]
