Exactly but you can make life easier using binds. I use shift+left mouse button to tp.

Yes unless using a few powers which make you plummet from the sky instantly. Rooted springs to mind.

The first respec starts in IP. You need a team of at least 4 who must be level 24 or above. Try and keep the team level spread to a minimum.

Yes, they do 2 different things. RI does -acc and -def and EF does -dmg and -res.

RI with 3 tohit debuffs makes you whole team a lot safer while it is running.

Dark servant cycles through several powers once in range: T. Tentacles, Pet.Gaze, Darkest Night and Twilight Grasp. He also has a low damage/-acc aura around him called Chill of the Night.

All of the powers except Pet. Gaze do -acc so it's well worth slotting him with ToHit DeBuffs.

I will be slotting ToF with a couple of acc and some ToHit DeBuffs. Siphon Life isnt a great heal. If that's what you are getting it for then consider Dark Regen instead.

It's better than that, it gives a 100% tohit buff. Against normal mobs, like you say, it's roughly equivalent to 3 acc SO. Against mobs with defense or that use tohit debuffs it's even better.

Nope, mind and fire both do better damage at lower levels.

Pilcrow posted some figures on the US forums a while back.

For blapping, I like my elec/elec. 2 end drain powers, 3 holds (one from epics) and some very nice melee attacks means I can take on anything I can hit

When you get a team that works well, a TF can be great fun and great XP. Were some of the team auto-exemped down? That can make a huge difference.

Do you still find a use for Burn? I respecced it out when I5 hit and haven't missed it.

Yep. One other difference, SB can be kept perma with no outside help whereas AM can't.

Re the OP: I think a lot of people don't realise the full extent of AM's buffs. IMO the added damage alone is worth it alone in these days of ED.

Salt Crystals are pretty useless if you use mudpots.

There's one basic rule, any more than 3 SOs of the same type in one power is a waste.

The agro limit is now set at 17. Any more than that and the first lot you agro'd will wander off/attack the rest of your team. Long gone are the days of herding up half of Creys Folly then Burning then to death in a dumpster

As for your runner problem, taunt may make a difference. Slotting taunt durations in an aura (Icicles, blazing aura, invincibility..you get the idea) may also help. I can't say that my fire/fire tank has ever had much problem with runners except for using Burn post i5...

I only have a Fire/Fire tank so it's hard to make a direct comparison. However, at level 44 I'm soloing in unyielding and teaming on invincible. I've tanked quite a few +3 AVs without face planting, with support of course (well there was that one time when I didn't see Malaise... ).

I would definitely recommend teaming until you've got a SOs and a few attacks or you may find things slow going at first.

Don't forget to get acrobatics..the lack of KB protection can be annoying.

My SG generally likes to split up our TFs over 2 evenings. It really does make them more enjoyable as you're not always trying to rush it to get it finished. If we don't have a full SG team we usually ask if anyone wants to join us in the Union Badgehunters global channel. You may find other team members there too.
