The agro limit is now set at 17. Any more than that and the first lot you agro'd will wander off/attack the rest of your team. Long gone are the days of herding up half of Creys Folly then Burning then to death in a dumpster
As for your runner problem, taunt may make a difference. Slotting taunt durations in an aura (Icicles, blazing aura, invincibility..you get the idea) may also help. I can't say that my fire/fire tank has ever had much problem with runners except for using Burn post i5...

I've just made a Tanker on Union. He's only lvl 7 at the moment, but i'm having great trouble holding aggro. At the moment, its not much of an issue because I'm soloing (until i get to 10 where the rest of my SG joins in), but it is rather frustrating to have a +1 minion run away from me when i've taken him down to half health. I thought thought one of the main points of tankers was that that didn't happen? One of my other friends has a lvl 50 fire/BA tanker and he couldn't herd people for [censored]. I've also had this problem with my otehr fire/fire tanker whos lvl 18. I've been considering getting the Presence pool, but thats not much of an option for me at lvl 7. Anything you guys can suggest? I haven't got taunt yet (for either of my tankers), would having/using this make much of a difference?
