People have been doing the Eden trial in under 10 minutes hence the low rewards. BaB commented on it here. I notice that the Cavern trial drops 6 merits and that one can be done even quicker than Eden

Healing powers that also give resistance do not get the healing bonus. Reconstruction from the Regen set has the same issue.

Edit for second test: Gave the salvage to a friend, unlocked fourth slot on his toon, no invasion. The previous invasion was still active, which I don't know played a part in it. At this point, with numerous people turnin' it in right after it's ended, we believe there's a timer involved. Not sure the time frame.

We confirmed on Victory that it appears to be related to the after in-game midnight turnin.
We had one character turn in the salvage during the day and then a second turn it in after midnight. We got a zombie invasion in Croatoa and Cap immediately upon the midnight turn-in.

And i traded the stuff on CoV Defiant. Guess what. NO invasion. Considering the fact that there are less villains and def has a lower pop. The chance for accidental trigging is less likely so I think we can safely say that this is not the trigger.

I don't think you can discount trading in costume salvage as a trigger, especially as so many people on the US servers have had success doing just that. There must be some other factors involved too, such as no ongoing zombie invasion (which there was on defiant at about the time you made this post as I saw the ending message when I logged in), a timer or something similar. -
I got the 4 new zombie invasion badges on 29 characters
I have the full set of Halloween badges on 20 characters although all of those had the ToT and GM badges from earlier years. -

The only thing to remember is that the chance of +endurance proc gives the endurance to the target so isn't best suited for endurance drain attacks but is quite handy for things like speed boost or stamina amongst others.

You could always use 4 of the kinetic crash set to get in a power mag 3 KB protection.

I've found moving Rom out of the range of the healing Nictus (about 30 feet) and killing him works quite well and is pretty simple to do. If you have two tanks/brutes then one keeps Rom busy and the other taunts the Nictus. Alternatively, immobilise Rom and have the tank move the Nictus out of heal range while keeping everything taunted.

I second that request although fitting it in soon may be a problem with issue 13, issue 14 and the winter/valentines events (should they happen) all due over the next few months.

Just tested this and you seem to be spot on Carnifax. The psi procs from the hold sets seem to be firing every 5-7 seconds and the energy proc every 10 seconds.

I have 2 psi damage procs and an energy damage proc in mine and they all fire. Like PRAF said it should tick once at the start, then again every 10 seconds but they do seem to fire more often than that.
