Maybe it's just me but when I hear 'Giant Monster' I picture something along the lines of Godzilla.

We need a mega monster that only appears once every few months, have it roam thru 2 or 3 zones until it's stopped.

It'd be so cool to zone into Steel Canyon. Your standing next to posi when you start to hear loud thumps.
You look down the street and see a giant tail vanish between buildings, you fly up to get a better look and notice a gigantic head looming over the buildings...

Ok, so it'd never see the light of day in this game but it'd still be cool!

I still have hope that 'The Coming Storm' will see Rularuu finally unleashed though.

We already have enough undead sets. Or we will once Demon Summoning is avail, so I say no to Ghost Pirates.

We already have 2 sets of regular joes with guns so what would make pirates special other than the looks?

I say we need:

Elemental creatures
or
Clowns- demented, deranged axe weilding clowns...
or
Mutations
or
Clones of the MM - each one with different powers
or
My personal preference;

Beast summoning
Tier 1 - Wolf Pack (on all fours, not warwolves)
Tier 2 - Vultures (with sonic attacks)
Tier 3 - Gorilla or Bear

Have you ever joined a team, zoned across 3 zones to get to them, only to be kicked as you arrive because your not a healor? (on my Kin/Rad defender)

Or to be kicked because your an Energy blaster with and I'm quoting, 'Teh knokbak suxxors'

So you can still scrape your knees and get cuts but a bullet aimed at your head will bounce off.

This is the COV contacts list I use

It's the easiest to use one I've found.
Simply pick the arc you want to do next, do a few paper missions and rob a bank then choose the contact your broker offers!

Bravo. I'm to much of a casual player to have figured this out.
I usually just rely on selling the salvage and recipes that drop for whatever I can get at WW.
That way I'm earning more slots, working on WW badges and I usually end up with well over a million by the time I get ready for SO's at level 22.

Doing it your way would save me the trouble of listing every junk salvage I get while still increasing my bank flow.

Man that would be great if we could use the new difficulty slider to allow us to start TF's solo. I was actually trying to do this last night on my MM for the Ice Mistral SF but couldn't get even 1 person to help out...

I've been playing for 4+ years and have still only ran 3 TF's... Total.
Must be the soloist in me.

Don't feel bad. My 1st toon ever was an Energy/Energy blaster way back in 2005. Needless to say I had no clue what I was doing and significantly gimped myself right from the start.

I too, put slots in Brawl. I figured it'd be with me for 50 levels might as well make it stronger.... Doh!

I neglected to even open up the Fitness pool. Around level 22 this became apparent as all of the sudden I sucked.... Endurance that is, like mad.

I avoided all my Melee attacks because I was a 'blaster not a scrapper'
Oops....

I never backed down. I thought Heroes always stood their ground.
Then I came to the boards and read a wonderful guide by SnipeFu.
It changed the way I viewed the AT and made me rethink everything.

Luckily freespecs were granted with the next issue and I was able to fix my mistakes pretty easily. Back then we had no fancy respec recipes or Vetspecs. You either did the respec trial or suffered.

I can honestly say I seriously doubt we'll ever have rides in this game.
About the closest we'd come would be emotes that activate with our travel powers.

Fact is the layout of the city isn't really built for traveling that way. Think about it. Your standing under Atlas' statue. When your SG mate in Talos asks for your help.
You activate your 'Super-Car' power and a Batmobile-esq car materializes in front of you, you click the door and vanish inside. Then it plods along at sprint speed, making you drive around the long way since your car can't climb over stairs...
Then you get to the train station and have to get out. then get back in at Talos....

Just too much hassle.

I'd rather have them devote all that time to totally new powersets and Giant Monsters.

Reasons to not associate with those that use 'Elite' Speak
1. This would become our future!

2. It's often times far easier to just use the proper spelling/syntax. Thus, it gives the impression that your trying to hard to be 'cool' a given sign that you of course are not.

3. Willingness to just sit back and accept it makes the normal people think it's acceptable behavior, when in fact, it's not.

4. The urge to deteriorate into a rage filled scream fest of "Grow up you moron" insults.


tl&dr version.
'Elite' speak is a fad that has been played out, much like the 'Rickroll' and as such should be ignored by the mass population.
Those of you who still use this in everyday communication can enjoy the fact that your still a minority. Only now, everyone understands 'Wut uR sayn'
So you go right ahead and keep on truckin, just don't expect any sympathy from those of us that actually went to school.

What exactly is Zbrush? For those of us not in the know...

Not a bad suggestion, just not one I'd expect to see.

We've already got something like 5 alternate flight poses that are rarely used.
I made a macro for them just so I can use them on my toons with Fly.

It's just something that wouldn't be worth the time and effort/money to develop.

If the entire playerbase started screaming for it.... it'd still be low priority for them.

I'd rather have a 5th tier option under the travel powers than new animations to tell the truth.

You'd also have controllers complaining that they couldn't be a ball of fire while flying. Then you'd have blasters moaning that they couldn't turn into a cloud...
